Bastante excelente el hotel, en una zona perfecta conjunta con metros ligeros ect.

El personal super amable con una atención inmejorable; no podia abrir mi vehículo y, no dudaron en salir a ayudarme. Lo recomendaria a todos mis contactos. Muchas gracias

房間有點老舊

NH didn't attended to my complain regarding the loyalty points because this hotel is not NH anymore. I've entered one night as NH and left two nights later as Exe and they didn't informed the clients.

Hotel was located 20 minutes drive from Plaza Mayor. Overall very clean and friendly hotel .

Great stay, kind people, reception always very helpful and room were clean and staff was very good.

We stayed there because we were visiting friends who live close by, but the location is not good for visiting the city, it is not easily reached by public transport from the city. Rooms are comfortable and big. Very clean. Breakfast buffet was great and tasty and also not expensive.

Not too far away from downtown

Rooms are comfortable and clean. Not sure if there's a plumbing issue on the 4th floor but there was a slight smell of sewage in the bathroom at times. There is free internet, though it's slow (you have to pay extra for the fast internet.) Breakfast was very nice, no issues at all. I would happily stay here again.

The hotel is located in a remote suburb: there's nothing there. The staff however is outstanding and the breakfast buffet very good value for money.

Large comfortable room, pet friendly, great breakfast, good rate. The only downside is that the AC was not working because we stayed there in Spring before the AC was enabled. It wasn’t terrible warm but a bit surprising for a 4 star hotel. Overall good experience and I’d definitely stay there again.

It's old very far from city center and transportation to city center is not that easy, vary expensive according to location
