很少評價酒店，不過不得不說對莫扎特酒店的喜愛，首先，它在布拉格老城區的河邊，走幾步就到查理大橋，入住的時候，前台Azar阿塞拜疆小伙非常熱情，給我們升級了湖景房，還介紹了一堆布拉格的風景，每個員工見到都會主動跟我們打招呼，早餐20歐包括了自助加點單，非常豐富，比維也納吃的brunch 好太多了，禮賓的Allan是位老紳士，當我要找當天晚上的餐廳，他拉我到中庭的花園坐下來一個個說，中間來了2批人問我們要不要來杯咖啡，打了好幾個電話，因為是公眾假期，好的餐廳都滿，最後他推薦了一個可以近距離看查理大橋的湖景戶外餐廳，Google 和TripAdvisor 評價都不錯，餐廳6點開門，但是我們7點要去其他地方辦事，他和餐廳商量讓我們5點45就進去，總之，一切太滿意了，以後有機會去布拉格，還住這裏

We will always come back and cherish every moment we ge to spent in Four Seasons Hotel Prague. Shout out to front desk, concierge, restaurant, welcome team and ladies of housekeeping. Without Barbora, Ramona, Anna Marie, Jana, David, Maira, Monika, Sol, Marek, Patrik, Stanislav, Veronika, Martin, Roman and the list goes on and on…… Every single one of the employees makes this the best place to stay in Prague. You do not need to look at any other hotel in Prague - this is the place.

I just spent 3 days at this fantastic hotel. First off the location is unbeatable, close enough to the old square to enjoy it easily but a block away so you don’t have to worry about the noise during events. The hotel staff were exceptional and so welcoming. Josef the manager will go the extra mile to make your stay special and feel like home. I can’t thank them enough for making my stay wonderful and I look forward to returning.

Booking from 14/02/2023 to 21/02/2023 for 4 people in BHG APARTMENT We overnight stay in APARTMENT 2 and on 20/02/2023 (dd/mm/yy) from 2 p.m. the water felts in our apartment so we had unease about hygiene and services (cooking included). We talked with reception and they said that we had to wait. At 6 p.m. we called again the reception to search for more information and we waiting until 7:30 p.m. They called us and said that finally we’ve been change our apartment with another. We were really tired (in order to not having a place were we could relax ourselves for hours before go out again in the night). So on, the other apartment was far from the first hotel; far from the central place (OLD TOWN SQUARE) where we want to overnight stay and of what we payed; and it also was in a place not really quite. The apartment was really bad, doesn’t respect the standards of a 4 stars hotel because it was really dirty, smaller, fetiscent and with no services (bidet, terrace, hob, oven…). We hadn’t a room from 2 p.m. if we liked to have a shower, we couldn’t! It was 9 p.m. and we really don’t even know where we had to sleep, where we had to go to the toilet and where we had to put our 6 luggage! The girl who stayed at the reception, Tatsiana, (and her manager too) propose us to have the night free and stay in that bad apartment, and also they will give us a voucher from 200 CROWN (exactly 8 euros) so on we could spend it for a dinner in the terrace with a special sit to admire the view! For what? If we’ve accepted, where we’ve to sleep? Certainly not in that dirty apartment! Obviously we said no and reject her propose (you can’t buy people with money or offer them a voucher from 200 crowns, when they are telling you that don’t have a place to overnight stay!) Over that, she told us that she was already called others hotels looking for a room, but they were all full! And also their sisterhood hotel and their presidential rooms was full! That’s no possibile! There are so many hotels near by Old Town Square! And a real hotel can’t be full on a Monday in February! Hotels always have a spare rooms! After 30/40 minutes a man come to us telling that they found a room in another hotel who was 2 minutes from “Hotel U Prince”! Weren’t it all full?! It was 10 p.m and we were really mad, tired and we couldn’t enjoy our last night in Prague! Leave and learn. I will never recommend this hotel.

Extrêmement déçu pour un hôtel 5 étoiles. C était notre seconde venue sur Prague en amoureux. Nous avons l habitude de parcourir l Europe plusieurs fois par an pour ces occasions là. Nous avions pris une suite junior : insonorisation déplorable, cheveux dans la salle de bain, bonde de baignoire sale Le petit déjeuner n est pas à la hauteur : jus de fruits en supplément, café expresso en supplément, 2 ou 3 variété de thé en sachets bas de gamme, les tables de restauration ne sont pas nettoyées au fur et à mesure. Dans la salle de petit-déjeuner, certains éléments du personnel ne sont pas attentifs et passent leur temps à ”glousser” appuyées à 2 ou 3 personnes sur le meuble de couverts. L aspirateur est passé au moment du petit déjeuner. Une seule taille d'oreiller disponible, il s'agit d'oreillers dossiers, extrêmement décoratifs mais peu confortables pour le sommeil, et si vous demandez, aucun autre format n'est possible. Un peu de mobilier cassé. Cela gâche une chambre exceptionnelle, un personnel malgre tout agréable et une localisation privilégiée. Bref pour un Ibis 3 étoiles, j aurais dit excellent, pour un 5 étoiles ce n est pas admissible. Nous ne reviendrons pas.

Super location. Walkable to most of the main tourist attraction. Lots of restaurants and cafe surrounding. Closed to tram and train station. Grocery also round the corner. The hotel is pretty old. Breakfast is standard, not as good as other hotel I stayed in Prague before. I got a room in building C, which quite long way to go and need to change lift to get to the room. Good point is super quiet room.

Great hotel! We checked in right at 8pm and the receptionist was so nice to stay past closing to get us checked in. We stayed four nights and on the second day we noticed that our sink was leaking water everywhere. We called reception and they immediately came u pro look at the situation and moved us to another room. It was a nicer room which was great but we appreciated how quickly they resolved the problem. The beds were super comfortable and the shower was great. We also liked that there was a fridge and the AC. The location is great because there’s cheaper food places around the hotel but it’s like a 20 minute walk to the main square. Overall we loved this hotel and totally recommend it especially with the price.

I don't often leave reviews, as I always give the hotels a chance to rectify issues which are usually resolved. I've worked in the same industry for over 15 years, and dislike the reviewers who have not given the hotel a chance to rectify an issue before posting. However on this occasion I was very disappointed. I had explained to reception that my room was not cooling down with the air conditioning, which was advertised for your rooms when I had made this booking. I was told maybe I wasn't doing it correctly. I explained I did it correctly. I was told that maybe I should open the window instead. When I had said that it was very noisy and my room was right by the highway. There was also someone watering the plants with a jet at around 10pm on that very day. I was then told the air-conditioning units do not work until later on in the year. If they do not work, then why was I asked if I understood how to use it. It just felt like the receptionist was contraditing themselves. I just came from a short break in tenerife and also had an issue. The only difference was I had maintenance resolving the issue. Not once was I offered to speak to the duty manager if you have one. I wasn't offered maintenance to have a look. I wasn't offered anything to make my stay better apart from something like ”I'm sorry there's not a lot we can do”. Now to the positive parts. The hotel is located about 10 minutes from the mall and the trams are easy to get around. The hotel is generally quite good for the price you pay. The other bonus about this hotel was the unique cable cart. Unfortunately I've had to cut my holiday short and I had decided to book a hotel where the air-conditioning is actually working as advertised.

Stayed at the Praha 5 with my husband and two sons plus their girlfriends (all in their 20s). We were all impressed with the wide comfortable beds, the stylish bathrooms and the friendly service. (I was there on my birthday and they marked it with birthday cake and towel sculptures :-)). The breakfast was tasty too and the hotel was very clean. This area of Prague is a 25 minute walk from the Petrin Tower, but very close to a good shopping area, and eating out around here is relatively cheap.

This was our third visit to this wonderful hotel, which is situated in a great area. We found so many local cafes, bars, restaurants, markets, parks and shops in Zizkov and Vinohrady that, on this occasion, we rarely chose to travel into the city centre. However, if you do wish to visit the centre, or indeed anywhere in Prague, there is an abundance of first-rate travel options at your disposal. The hotel itself is exceptional,  with large rooms, which are  very clean and comfortable. There is also a fantastic breakfast buffet avaliable.  All amenities are provided to make your stay a home from home. Hotel Carlton is a hidden gem, and front office manager Blanka and all the members of staff with whom we were in contact (receptionists/breakfast/housekeeping) could not have been more professional, personable and helpful. We are looking forward to returning to Hotel Carlton next year. Taking everything into account (hotel, location, staff, atmosphere) we simply wouldn't want to stay anywhere else in Prague.  Very highly recommended.

This is my personal experience in the hotel. Myself my wife and 2 friends stayed here for 4 nights. First off, it's not wheelchair friendly. The hotel itself is on the second floor of the building, our rooms were either side of the reception area. This was noisy at times but not too much. There are no lifts on the premises, everything is accessible by stairs only. Rooms are a great size, although the furniture, at least in our room, could be updated. There is a mini bar, drinks and snacks in the room, all of which must be paid for. Being a holiday destination city they have city tax, about €4 a night per person. What we did not realise was that you must pay a deposit for your stay, around €110 , this is given back to you after you leave if you haven't had anything in the room to eat or drink and no damage is caused. It can take up to 30 days to receive the refund however ours arrived the following day. No issues with food ,personally. Drinks are on average the same as in Ireland but the local beers are cheaper. The hotel website needs Updating as some features are gone ie , the nightclub is not all its cracked up to be. There is noise outside at night, some nights more than others. The location is perfect for site seeing, Charles Bridge is just across the road. If we are back in Prague in the future I'd definitely stay there again. The staff are very friendly and helpful.

This is our first time to visit Prague. The hotel is at the very convenient location and we enjoy the Royal environment and atmosphere both inside the room and in the dinning area. The breakfast location is just like a small palace. Hotel staff also offer us advice to book taxi to the Central bus station where we started our trip in Poland. The convenient booking of car pick up to airport also very efficient. We enjoyed our first yet memorable trip in Prague

Great hotel in a great location, for a great price! I spent 4 comfortable nights here for $550/total, or $137/night. Would definitely stay here again! PROS: -Nice sizeable room for European standards -Very large bathroom for European standards -Comfortable queen sized bed -Minibar that I also used as a fridge -Friendly service and check in process -Great location! Just far enough to avoid the loud Old Town and vehicle noise so you can sleep well, but still in easy walking distance to Old Town, the Charles Bridge, and a lot of sights. right by a tram station. -Breakfast buffet had an awesome variety with eggs and sausages, lots of pastries, beverages, fruits, cheeses, and more. CONS: -No elevator, I was on the 3rd floor, which isn't bad but seemed rough after a long day of sight seeing and walking for 7+ miles.

Good location, about a 5-10 minute walk away from the main sights and restaurants in Prague. Staff were friendly, the room was clean and had what we needed for our short stay. Reception has opening hours so if leaving the hotel when reception is closed you need to use a different entrance to get in but staff was very helpful advising on this. Great value for money would recommend, only thing is the walls were very thin, we could hear people walking and talking very clearly all the time, sounded like they were in our room it was that loud. There was work going on near or at the hotel so kept getting woken up early in the mornings, wasn’t prewarned about this.

Not sure how this place has received such good reviews! We booked this because of the reviews we read and we did not receive the same ”great service” as was claimed in the review. It first started with the transportation from airport to hotel that was confirmed by the hotel. They never showed up and after over an hour of waiting and several calls to the hotel and conversations that they assured us the driver was on the way, we had to take an Uber. The driver dropped us off close to the check in spot and had no clue where it was. We walked around asking if anyone knew and we were directed in several different locations. Now, after finally finding it after 30 minutes of dragging our bags up and down the cobble stone streets, we stumbled upon it. Talked to the young man that said the driver was on his way and told him we took an Uber, he acted like he didn't know. After checking in, he directed us the wrong way to the place we were staying. He told us we just needed to follow the road and it would be up on our right. HA! wasn't even on the right road and it was on another road on the left. After running into another group that was lost looking for the check in place, we finally found it. The A/C didn't work, bed was hard, the room is extremely small. The service from this company is a joke and I would not ever recommend this place. The location I will give it 5 stars.

Such a lovely friendly hotel just a short walk from Charles Bridge and very central for all city centre attractions. We stayed a week and walked everywhere. The staff were super lovely and the breakfast was extensive and tasty. The cakes left over from breakfast are available on the bar for free during the day which was a nice touch. Bed was large and comfy. We asked for additional pillows and were provided with memory foam pillows which were fabulous. The rooms are immaculately clean and well serviced with tea and coffee making facilities provided and our room also included a small fridge. Highly recommended. It would be my choice of hotel if we go back.
