Fantastic hotel, in a great location with a very helpful and attentive staff and excellent offering. Our room was very modern, spacious, clean and had all the amenities you would need for your stay (coffee machine, kettle, fridge, dishwasher there is an oven as well but we didn't use it). Breakfast - beautifully laid out buffet bar offering warm and cold selection with an excellent choice for any dietary requirements; fresh ingredients, lovely local breads, fruit, pastry, freshly made omelettes - very tasty. Staff - Reception - young, welcoming, attentive, helpful - just great :-) Bar - Mr. Jan - absolute star who makes the best cocktail - if you like espresso martini - go for The Julius cocktail - it's just perfect after all day walking around Prague. Jan was super friendly, professional, no matter how big or small our bar order was. He kept the table always nice, tidy and his attentive service was very appreciated. Breakfast staff - team of buzzy Bees - making your stay wonderful, caring, taking care of the breakfast bar looking tidy and in order Cleaning ladies - kept our room nice, tidy and fresh. All we can say is - we had a fantastic stay and when back in Prague, we will be looking to stay at the Julius again. The hotel is very well placed, not too far from the local attractions and it always welcomes you back after a long day of exploring. Thank you again :-)!

Everything was great. We booked through our Amex Platnium which included an amazing daily breakfast and $100 hotel credit. The room, food and staff were first class. The location was perfect. Close to Old Town and other attractions but removed enough to offer some separation at the end of the day. We would strongly recommend this hotel to anyone vacationing in this amazing city. If you are greeted by a handsome, smiling young man with shaved head at the front door, tell Bilel we say hello.

This is the 2nd stay for my husband and I at this Marriott in Prague. We loved it the first time, in 2017, and we love it EVEN MORE since the lobby update! The hotel is beautiful and modern ( and also very clean). The staff was friendly and helpful from the beginning of our stay to the end! Our room was up to date and very clean. I would definitely stay at the Marriott Prague again and highly recommend it.

Lovely hotel in the perfect spot to enjoy Old Town. Great staff that contacted us prior to arrival to assure us they would be able to accommodate a request and asked if there was anything else we needed for our stay. When I mentioned recommendations, they had the concierge contact me. The staff was just as nice upon arrival and throughout our stay. Highly recommended!

Super location. Walkable to most of the main tourist attraction. Lots of restaurants and cafe surrounding. Closed to tram and train station. Grocery also round the corner. The hotel is pretty old. Breakfast is standard, not as good as other hotel I stayed in Prague before. I got a room in building C, which quite long way to go and need to change lift to get to the room. Good point is super quiet room.

We stayed here 2 nights on our way to Croatia by car. The room was big and suitable for all 4 (2 adults and 2 daughters 16&19). We made a very late booking and also had a ferry delay but the staff made all the arrangements for a smooth late checkin and also the parking for the car. The hotel is centrally located with walking distance to the center. Would absolutely recommend the hotel, especially for the serviceminded staff.

This was our third visit to this wonderful hotel, which is situated in a great area. We found so many local cafes, bars, restaurants, markets, parks and shops in Zizkov and Vinohrady that, on this occasion, we rarely chose to travel into the city centre. However, if you do wish to visit the centre, or indeed anywhere in Prague, there is an abundance of first-rate travel options at your disposal. The hotel itself is exceptional,  with large rooms, which are  very clean and comfortable. There is also a fantastic breakfast buffet avaliable.  All amenities are provided to make your stay a home from home. Hotel Carlton is a hidden gem, and front office manager Blanka and all the members of staff with whom we were in contact (receptionists/breakfast/housekeeping) could not have been more professional, personable and helpful. We are looking forward to returning to Hotel Carlton next year. Taking everything into account (hotel, location, staff, atmosphere) we simply wouldn't want to stay anywhere else in Prague.  Very highly recommended.

Well I've been in worse hotels but this one is definitely in my top 3. Let's start with the positives: 1. Tram line located directly outside for quick and easy access to center of Prague. 2. Asked hotel in advance if they would locate us on the ground floor as my mum is disabled and wouldn't be able to climb stairs very well. (Yes there are elevators but sometimes can be a long walk from elevators to rooms) Hotel located us on bottom floor which was great. 3. Rooms were adequately sized, good lighting and had a safe in the room which was great. And now the negatives. 1. The smell of cigarette smoke the second walked through the door actually disgusting...not a great start. 2. UNBELIEVABLY RUDE STAFF. I hope you can speak their language otherwise you aren't getting anything from them. Not even a welcoming smile. and you can clearly tell they are talking about you in a negative way to their colleague right in front of your face. Just so so unwelcoming and rude. 3. They gave us a bath tub that was so high, my mum couldn't even get in or out of bath, so I make sure you are clear enough when letting them know about disability. 4. Don't bother with the breakfast, not even bacon. No fresh fruits, warm milk. Who has fricking pasta for breakfast. Calls it premium, utterly tastless, could barely eat anything. 5. Don't come to this hotel for the free WiFi either, high-speed my ****. It cut out literally every 3 minutes and you can't get back on it. Just not even worth it. Can't wait for check out time. Wish me luck!

我們在這裏度過了一周時間。酒店的外觀會讓人想起共產主義時代，但是酒店的內部環境會讓你很快忘記之前的感覺，因此不必被酒店的外觀嚇到。房間很乾凈並且非常大，內部環境非常不錯並且給人的感覺很舒適。我們是通過螢火蟲的入住券入住到這個酒店的，並以一個非常合適公道的價格。入住券包括了酒店早餐。對一家三星級酒店來說，這個選擇是非常的正確，因此我們對稱感到很滿意。服務員的服務也非常好，我們入住和離店手續都非常的迅速。整個酒店都提供免費的無線網絡。有一天晚上，我們決定嘗試在酒店的餐館點菜來完成我們的晚餐，結果我們真的被晚餐的品質和食品的質量驚艷到了。餐館的裝修非常美妙，並且食物非常美味。我們吃到了整個布拉格最好的燴飯。推薦大家都去嘗試一下。

I don't often leave reviews, as I always give the hotels a chance to rectify issues which are usually resolved. I've worked in the same industry for over 15 years, and dislike the reviewers who have not given the hotel a chance to rectify an issue before posting. However on this occasion I was very disappointed. I had explained to reception that my room was not cooling down with the air conditioning, which was advertised for your rooms when I had made this booking. I was told maybe I wasn't doing it correctly. I explained I did it correctly. I was told that maybe I should open the window instead. When I had said that it was very noisy and my room was right by the highway. There was also someone watering the plants with a jet at around 10pm on that very day. I was then told the air-conditioning units do not work until later on in the year. If they do not work, then why was I asked if I understood how to use it. It just felt like the receptionist was contraditing themselves. I just came from a short break in tenerife and also had an issue. The only difference was I had maintenance resolving the issue. Not once was I offered to speak to the duty manager if you have one. I wasn't offered maintenance to have a look. I wasn't offered anything to make my stay better apart from something like ”I'm sorry there's not a lot we can do”. Now to the positive parts. The hotel is located about 10 minutes from the mall and the trams are easy to get around. The hotel is generally quite good for the price you pay. The other bonus about this hotel was the unique cable cart. Unfortunately I've had to cut my holiday short and I had decided to book a hotel where the air-conditioning is actually working as advertised.

Moved from room 1106 to room 301 due to tram noise. 301 is a paraplegic room that was only available. The room and bathroom were spacious and clean. Rooms are warm and heated. The bathroom is spacious. Basic furniture. No safe or coffee facilities in the room. Breakfast had a variety. Close to the main train station. Superb hotel in a great location, bang next to the central train station and close to the centre. Short walk to all major attractions including old town and that difficult to spell square where that King once looked out. Best hotel in Prague in my experience. Superb staff, super quick check in. The rooms are great, very clean, spacious with everything you need. Can’t recommend this place highly enough. Also has an amazing buffet breakfast, everything is fresh and a big selection of hot and cold breakfast items. Love it. Thanks!

Nice hotel which is worth what you pay to stay there. It is excellently located and super convenient for exploring Prague and also for coming back for a break after a long day of walking around! The breakfast was good but was super busy on weekends and there were no coffee cups/plates left at some points which was a bit inconvenient. The staff at breakfast all work super hard and are really friendly. The room keys are massive bits of plastic which are a bit annoying to carry around with you all day but that is a minor point - at least they are difficult to lose!

位置是很好的，位於市中心，周邊交通我記得是非常方便的，走路5分鐘內從地鐵站可以到達。酒店比較門在一側，應該有個指示牌才比較好找。 服務很專業，按流程走，還打印了包括wifi密碼的信給我。衹是我不明白為什麼需要我的地址和郵編，難道捷克的酒店就是這樣的嗎（第一次來捷克） 房間挺乾淨，滿足我的需求。而且給了我一個閣樓的位置，有兩個可以開的歇着的天窗，打開窗戶空氣非常流通，比較舒服。 設施就是一般快捷酒店的設施，反正足夠日常使用，不追求過高的質量。我的房間是包括早餐的，可惜我第二天早上很早要趕飛機，就沒來得及吃，比較可惜。
