Not all the front desk staff was friendly. Expected more for a 4 star hotel.

Location is amazing, very cozy room and great bathroom with big bathtub.

혼자 여행으로 쓰기에는 과분했다. 위치 대비 도시대비 가성비가 좋습니다. 프라하라는 큰 관광도시임에도 불구하고 적절했던 가격으로 생각된다.

カフカ像の目の前でスーパーも1分ぐらいとたいへん近く、主要な観光場所からも近く便利でした！ また、朝食がすごく美味しくて、スタッフのサービスも最高です。お部屋も新しい感じでよかったです。 また、チェコに来たらこちらのホテルに宿泊したいです！

깨긋하고 위치도 좋고, 전체적으로 너무 만족했습니다. 조식도 가격대비 괜찮아서 추천 합니다. 일찍 체크인을 가능한지 물어봤더니, 친절하게 방도 제공해줬습니다. 감사합니다.

Séjour parfait

精緻小巧的房間，地理位置可以。挨着景點卡夫卡頭像。每天出門，那裡都有人餐館。早飯類型多種多樣。

Currently staying here. A disaster from the start. Nearly slipped at check in They were supposed to hold 40 euros per day on my card. First attempt they said it failed. Second attempt they charged my card 120 euros, instead of putting a hold on it for damages. Lady spotted they guy's mistake and she said that she had cancelled the charge. I had to then try again with my card a third time. No "Do not disturb sign in my room. Asked reception for one. When I returned in the evening. The same guy at reception who messed up my credit card hold fee. Said that he needed a copy of my passport again, as it had not gone through in the afternoon. He blamed the system. This is only my first day!!? Avoid booking this hotel at all costs. There are plenty of hotels in Prague. What will I experience tomorrow!!!

A very enjoyable stay! :-) Well located, comfortable and welcoming hotel. Located just a block from the No 22 Tram which runs up to the castle, and other CBD highlights. Rooms are bright, airy and kept spotless by the service staff. There is an excellent Italian restaurant in the building, which is a separate business to the hotel but very tasty with great service and discount for guests. The feature I found most appealing were front desk staff (Nicole in particular, was just stellar). Very helpful and knowledgeable with booking some sightseeing tours, and other general information. Staff seem happy which is a good sign! Overall just a lovely travel experience. If I come back to Prague, I would not stay anywhere else!

Fabulous hotel in an excellent location. We had a room overlooking the Kafka Head which was an amazing sight. The room was really spacious with a triple ceiling height window, huge, comfortable bed, large, spotless bathroom and efficient aircon. Lots of choice for breakfast, beautifully presented. All the staff here go the extra mile and were so friendly and helpful. Particular mention for Salta, Roy and the lovely breakfast host. We would absolutely stay here if we visit Prague again.

The hotel was clean and tidy. The room was a good size and the staff were really friendly and helpful. Location was perfect. I would definitely recommend this hotel for people looking for a central hotel. It tucked all of the boxes. Breakfast was very nice too. Lots of choice.

Wonderful hotel! Spacious room and bathroom. Supremely clean. Luggage stand in room. Every staff member I interacted with was just as great as the last. All super helpful. I took a side trip to Vienna and they stored my luggage. I returned for one last night before my flight. Complementary cold drinking water at lobby was great during a heat wave. Only a 10-12 min walk to old town, away from massive crowds but a vibrant neighbourhood, nonetheless with awesome restaurants. Walking distance to Wenceslas Square, too! A quick Bolt ride to main train station.

Big comfortable bed, spacious room, tasty breakfast. Nice stay for a reasonable price. If we will go to Prague again, we will definitely stay here. Hotel is located in the historical city center, you can experience most of the Prague by light walk.

Booked for 3 nights in a superior double room with a view of the square. Beautiful hotel, spotlessly clean, it was absolutely worth the extra cost for the view. The room had a beautiful balcony with large double doors offering a fantastic view of the square and Franz Kafka sculpture below. The room itself was delightful, very comfortable beds and quiet at night (the hotel is nowhere near any late bars or pubs, and any noise is well insulated by the window). The location was perfect for exploring Prague, Můstek metro station is 5 minutes walk away, Legion Bridge is 10 minutes walk away, offering an iconic view of the Charles Bridge and the castle. The Old Town Square is 10 minutes walk away. Trams in all directions are easily accessible from nearby streets. Reception staff were fantastic, attentive and friendly with perfect English skills. Breakfast is offered in the restaurant next door though we didn't use it. The restaurant itself is worth visiting for an evening meal, some of the best, freshly-made pizza you'll ever have (a good size for sharing) and a good wine selection. One thing to note is that the bathroom may not have a standing shower - this room had an enormous bath and good water pressure via a hand-held shower only. If a standing shower is important to you, it's worth mentioning it when you book. A wall-mounted hair dryer with good power is provided. A minibar is available in the room with a good selection and prices as you'd expect. Air conditioning worked well, was easy to use and a very welcome addition on a hot weekend. All in all, I highly recommend this hotel, we will be staying here again when next in Prague.
