We’ve had a great three night stay here. The hotel is very clean and rooms as well as bathroom spacious. A quick 20 min from the old town. Stay here, you won’t regret it.

• Excellent accommodation at an affordable price • Location right by the tram stop (about 4 minutes on foot), with a direct line from the city center • Spacious, stylishly furnished room with highly functional and practical accessories and furniture; everything’s clean and cozy • A pleasant surprise was the small refreshments provided in the room

Incredibly beautiful, attractive hotel! Very neat and cozy rooms with absolutely everything you need. A special thanks to the staff for their tact, friendliness, professionalism, and most importantly, their concern for customers. We arrived before the specified time, we were allowed to leave our things, when we returned, our suitcases were already in the room. And they were very pleasantly surprised by the delicious croissants . Definitely recommend)

Nice small studio 1h walk from the old city square. Tram station just outside the building if you prefer to use public transportation. All you need is provided. Potraviny 300m from the spot. Easy to find a parking place during the weekend. WiFi could be faster.

The accomodation is very professionally done up. I could not find any shortcoming when it comes to availability of essentials whether it is washroom , kitchen or bed. The property seems brand new , no bad smell and is stunning clean. Both sofa bed and bed very comfortable and 10/10 in all aspect. It is very value for money property. Only point that needs to be taken care is by very tall and big sized people because the property is small and the sink is too tiny.

For my needs, the location was quite good, with excellent logistics and infrastructure. Instead of a key, you receive a code that grants access to the hotel and your room. The hotel features a small museum of illusions, a patio, a lounge area for common use, and a kids' area. There's also an elevator, which is very helpful. I stayed in the Moser room on the 1st floor, located near the laundry room, which you can use for free. The room was well-equipped with everything you might need: towels, shower gel, soap, a hairdryer, and all kitchen essentials. Additionally, they provided tea bags, oat cereal, and a croissant with jam as a welcome gift. The room was clean, and overall, I can recommend this hotel. However, there are some drawbacks. There is no AC, which is a huge problem during the summer. They provide a fan, but in hot weather, it's not helpful and extremely loud. The three speed settings can be described as fast, faster, and super fast, with the night mode working oddly. Without the fan, it's too hot to sleep, but with it, the noise and speed make it uncomfortable. They provide earplugs, but they didn't help me as they caused headaches and ear pain. The pillows were too hard for my liking, though others might find them acceptable. Another downside is the room size—it’s very small. It’s almost fine for one person, but not for two or three. The bathroom, in particular, felt cramped, almost like it was designed for children or very slim people. It’s tolerable for 2-3 nights, but any longer might be challenging. Because of these issues, I rate the hotel 8 out of 10 instead of 10.

A wonderful place to stay and to explore beautiful Prague. The tram stop just outside the apartment makes the location easily accessible and there are amenities nearby. The apartment is comfortable, spotlessly clean and contains everything you need for a great stay with attention to detail and lovely Prague details. The outdoor spaces are a bonus, you can relax and unwind here after taking in all Prague has to offer. Thank you to the staff - we would definitely return.

Staying here for the second time in Prague! as always very much satisfied: beautiful apartment with everything needed, good accessible location, super welcomed people working here! I needed to ask for a few questions and got a reply immediately. Fantastic service! Also very much love croissants which guests can find here in the apartment ♥️ definitely come back!
