This hotel is nothing like it is described so please bear this in mind. The room should have had a fridge, it didn't, it should have had a hairdryer and iron, it didn't, it should have had a wardrobe (which one assumes you can hang up clothes in) it didn't, it had a cupboard instead. The bed was stained, the bathroom was dirty, there is a kettle, but no cup / spoon etc, so I had to borrow these. The breakfast is poor, in fact very poor. The TV has 2 music channels and that's it. The glass shelf is smashed off the wall in the bathroom. But, if that's not bad enough, there is the mo st vile large Czech lady behind the counter that is abusive if you complain, even in the nice way that I did. I explained to her that I need a fridge to keep milk cold (which I need for a stomach complaint) but she just shrugged her shoulders and went into the back office and refused to come out. The Guy on reception that could speak better English kept promising 'tomorrow' but by day 4 of a 5 day break I knew it was futile. I then complained to *********** and basically they didn't want to know either so it makes you wonder what they actually do for the cut of the payment. Shocking, avoid, and if the big Czech lady is on reception, just walk on by.

I think this hotel operates as a scam; at least partially. ******* allowed me to book the stay at 9:30pm for the very same night; 10:15pm I was at the property - no one at the reception, impossible to check-in. I was there for ~20min waiting. Some people were loud at the "staff only" door next to the reception. After knocking on them, they came out storming at me what do I want, to stop knocking on them, and that they "don't work there". There was no misunderstanding, we were both fluent in both Czech and English, they were just absolutely rude and kicked me out. I suspect it was the kitchen staff; receptionist was nowhere to be found; place looked sketchy & cheap in general. I ended up leaving and having to look for new accommodation in the very middle of the night. "Thanks" *******! *only afterwards, I noticed the small ink check-in instruction on the ******* booking confirmation email, saying that check-in after 8pm have to be scheduled upfront.

Location is ok, around 30 mins walk from main square. The room was as you’d expect for the price and was clean -ish. The shower pressure wasn’t great and there was lots of noise from pipe work in the room we stayed in on the 3rd floor. Wifi was hit & miss and the guy on the front desk was a bit random! The double bed was fine and my son’s bed (a bunk bed) was fine too. Paid 10 euros for a later check out at 11am. Breakfast is very much a European continental offer, so don’t expect anything cooked!! A friendlier welcome and a better shower would have got 4 stars…. But it did the job for us. p.s. West Ham are massive ….. COYI ⚒️

Great buffet breakfast and helpful reception staff but u need to use a taxi to get to wensalas Sq etc

I was at hotel Aladin for a night this week between the 14th and 15th. Booked a single room for 1 person with a twin bed via ***********, the advertisement had pictures of a room with 2 single narrow beds attached, as twin bed. As I arrived and received the keys i went to my room and found just a small single bed. went down to complain and the, in his words, "manager" told me that there was nothing wrong because i was alone and therefore entitled to that room with just one narrow single bed. No matter what i tried to reason with him he was noz interested in finding a solution, and in the meantime, checking my email to show him the pictures i has seen on ***********, miracle! : the pictures of the room changed to the real one i was given. but with a wider bed ;-) On top of that, the refrigerator advertised as part of the utilities was not in the room, the shelf in the bathroom supposed to be together with the mirror above the sink was not there anymore, just the drill holes in the wall, the shower had mould between the tiles and dirt on the floor. I totally NOT recommend this so called hotel!

Bug running around in my bed like crazy Big massive ones Could not sleep all night Had to sleep on a chair after getting bug bites Please sort this out .

It's little but the attention by the crew is so good specially by the owner Stayed 2 nights and was great near central station and we'll connected

Old building, room needs attention but ok for a budget hotel.
