Ulasan Hostel Downtown

It’s near the metro. The people is friendly. The room is big and have windows nice view here. The kitchen is clean and convenient. The area is very near the city center.

房間非常舒服

location was excellent, central in the old town however our room was on the top floor and since it had no air conditioners we were very hot all night. fan provided but didn’t do much. the heat made it an uncomfortable sleep for us both and made us wake up at different points each night. in addition the windows were old and didn’t shut properly which didn’t impact us much however i think in the winter it would be very cold. other than that it was good. there were various activities available, it felt very safe and secure and room was nice and clean. big en suite bathroom was also perfect the main issue was just how hot it was

We spent our holiday out exploring Prague, so only properly used the hostel for sleeping (i.e did not experience their events timetable or breakfast) but we were very satisfied with our hostel experience. Staff were friendly and helpful; the room was reasonably sized and clean; the kitchen facilities were large and well-equipped. To our surprise, we were even given our own private bathroom despite booking a shared one! It was a good price to stay here and we were in a prime location: a short walk away from lots of shops and close by to the National Museum and the Vltava River. The hostel was also directly opposite the Reduta jazz bar, which proved to be a fun night out! We were two girls in our early twenties and we felt very safe and secure staying here. They even let us leave our luggage in the hostel once we had checked out so we didn't have to carry it around Prague all day before our flight. 100% recommend.

The service I experienced was terrible. There was inconsistent information on different booking sites for this hostel, which led to an inconvenience about the date and thus a financial disadvantage for us, and the manager was absolutely rude and unaccommodating about it. We will never book this hostel again.

It’s my first time to travel alone in Europe and stay in a hostel. It’s so wonderful. It’s near the tram stop and the subway. There is a wonderful ice cream shop nearby. And Noelia is so nice and she made a wonderful dinner for all of us. Do come again and stay there also! 很棒的住宿。交通非常方便，离电车和地铁都很近， 离购物的地方也步行可达。Noelia人超亲切，还为了我们准备了一份美味的晚餐！推荐给想住青旅的人们！

The worst service i’ve ever experienced rudest staff i’ve ever met rooms so bad i couldn’t stay there damp dark and no lights whatsoever we asked for a refund as the lady on front desk massively over charged us and we were met with “ugh i guess” and a lot of eye rolls i wouldn’t recommend worst experience in prague!

when you try to book the hotel you are informed that the room is private. I sent an email confirming if it would be really private because my friends and I prefer to stay in a private room with a bathroom just for our use, despite the description of the room stating that it is private, from the photos I thought that maybe it wasn't then I sent an email asking and they informed that the bathroom was in front of the room but it would be for our use only. When I got there I saw that it wasn't like that. the attendant tried to make me believe that private means sharing with rooms on the same floor. after complaining and sending an email with prints of what they had told me before, 2 nights later, when the room that actually has a private bathroom became available, they switched us to another room. better pay attention if the room you are in has a bathroom or not, regardless of what you have in the booking information. the shared bathroom was dirty for 2 days and when they went to clean it I realized that the cleaning was done badly

Let’s make sure and buy earplugs next time.

A Nice place to stay, but I was very disappointed abort the heating. We mover rooms twice and it still not worked. At check out the receptionist told us it was a common, known problem. We had an elderly lady in our group and she was very cold.

Solid hostel, lockers (need a padlock tho), fans so heat was not an issue. Lots of activities, friendly staff and people. Enjoyed my stay, good location Decent toilets and shower Overall would definatly stay there again. Not much privacy tho
