I recently had a highly unpleasant experience with Mr. Martin. It all started when I decided to order room service, expecting to enjoy a late dinner in the comfort of my room. According to the menu provided in my room, room service was available until 10 PM. I called the hotel's room service line at 9:40 PM, well within the time frame specified on the menu. To my surprise and frustration, Mr. Martin informed me that the kitchen was closed and that he couldn't accommodate my request. I expressed my disappointment and confusion, explaining that I had called within the stated hours. Mr. Martin's response was dismissive and unsympathetic. He didn't provide any reasonable explanation for the early closure of the kitchen, nor did he offer any alternative options or suggestions to alleviate the situation. His lack of professionalism was evident as he seemed uninterested in addressing my concerns or providing any form of customer service. This incident left me feeling neglected and disrespected as a guest. The discrepancy between the menu's advertised service hours and the actual availability of room service is unacceptable. Mr. Martin's unhelpful attitude only exacerbated the situation, leaving a bitter taste in my mouth and significantly impacting my overall experience at the hotel. As a customer, I believe it is essential for hotel staff, including Mr. Martin, to prioritize guest satisfaction and strive to resolve issues in a respectful and efficient manner. Unfortunately, my encounter with him fell far short of these expectations. I hope that the hotel management takes note of this incident and addresses the need for better communication and customer service training for their staff. It is crucial for them to rectify such issues promptly and ensure that guests are provided with accurate information and appropriate assistance.

Loved this hotel, me and my partner visited this hotel 21st of march until friday 24th as a couple from wales in the UK on a budget we booked this as it was central and really good value for money, from the moment we arrived we felt really comfortable check in was swift and straight forward and the lady who checked us in was nice and polite, to be honest all the staff were so welcoming and lovely. The rooms was basic but very clean and comfortable, the lifts could be frustrating but no big deal but i would have easily walked to 3rd floor but didnt see any stairs to do so, breakfast was enjoyable and plenty of it, the bar area had a really lovely atmosphere and a good pint of starapromen for a good price. We were out most of the day enjoying the sites of this amazing city and evenings enjoying the bars and restaurants around the hotel and further across the bridge. Can honestly say it was an amazing first visit to prague and not the last hopefully, will definetly reccomend this hotel and hope to visit again one day..děkuji

A 20 minute walk from St Charles' bridge, big room with a high ceiling with basic amenities. Good value and suitable if you want a good quiet sleep, however this means a bit of a trek to shops and bars.

We really enjoyed our stay. The hotel was very nice and quiet and well located for transport links. We always walked into town via the river which was a lovely, scenic walk. The breakfast was very good and the staff were extremely friendly and helpful. We would definitely recommend and return.

Great breakfast buffet and excellent service. The bus station to Cesky Krumlov is just a few minutes from the hotel. Very convenient location. Highly recommended.

Very good hotel. Room and the common area very clean. Good area can walk to everywhere in the city. By the river have a nice view. Staffs are very lovely and helpful. Breakfast is amazing, quality foods. Additional choice of drinks is reasonable price.

Hotel ottimo, pulitissimo e silenzioso! Camera spaziosa comoda e davvero bella. Qualità prezzo ottima. Bagno enorme dotato di doccia altrettanto grande e rifornita con mini size di shampoo bagnoschiuma e saponette. Asciugamani presenti e puliti. Camera spaziosa con vetrate con tende oscuranti, letto grande confortevole con cuscini morbidi e comodi! Camera dotata di mini bar e caffè e the caldo inclusi! Pulizia davvero ottima sia degli spazi comuni che della camera. Lascia solo un po’ a desiderare la colazione, troppo tipica del posto maggiormente salata con poche cose dolci.

The hotel's location is excellent. It's away from the overcrowded tourist areas, but easily accessible to them via tram or other transportation. The hotel is in an older building with slightly old-fashioned decor, but clean and well-maintained. Buffet breakfast with many choices. If you have difficulty with stairs, inquire directly with the hotel before booking to see if they can accommodate you. We were on the 5th floor and the elevator stops on a landing between floors 4 and 5, requiring using a flight of stairs either up to floor 5 or down to floor 4; not sure if all floors are like this. Plenty of restaurants and mini markets within a 10 minute walk. Also a bus stop and two tram stops close by. If vising the castle, use tram 22 on Vitezna street to avoid a long steep walk up to the castle.

Traffic is rather convenient especially you are traveling with RegioJet bus, the bus stop is walkable to the hotel, also metro is close. Check-in way is a bit confusing, when I arrived there is nobody at the reception and said only certain time will have man in there, so I waited and waited because my SIM card cannot call local telephone. Luckily I saw there is a message saying can be reached out through WhatsApp, that really saved my life. should better inform guests in advance. The most expensive hotel in my trip(from Budapest to Vienna to cesky krumlov), all are private bedrooms, but the price is doubled and without breakfast.

Spent four nights here at the start of April. We were initially worried as it's location was described being in the business district but as soon as we checked in we realised our we had no need to worry. The hotel is approx 30 min walk to Charles Bridge and the old town. 20 minutes walk to Petrin park, 5 minutes from the hotel is a tram stop with multiple trams taking you all over the city. Enough restaurants and bars nearby. Our room was on the upper floors facing the court yard, extremely clean with maid service every day. We found it chilled and comfortable. The breakfast was the real star of the show here, fantastic spread put on every day between 06:30-10:30 and until 11am on weekends and Bank Holidays. Staff were friendly and helpful. Highly recommended if you don't mind being a little further out from the centre.
