床很好睡，房間乾淨舒適寬敞！地理位置不錯，離市中心算近，入住前須自行跟飯店聯繫取得房號及密碼，自助入住！

Abbiamo scelto questo albergo per la vicinanza dei attrazioni principali, essendo un 4 stelle aspettavamo un trattamento migliore di quello che abbiamo ricevuto, ma andiamo per gradi appena siamo arrivati alla reception ci ha accolto un ragazzo molto scortese. La stanza era spaziosa. La pulizia lascia a desiderare , il cambio asciugamani non esiste, dopo aver reclamato perché non ci hanno cambiato la risposta è stata perché non ci sono. Le cameriere si permettono di entrare nella stanza senza bussare . Non lo consiglio assolutamente.

My spouse, my friends, and I stayed 2 nights for Canada Day weekend at Mama Shelter prague. It's in a great location, short transit to old Town Prague with multiple ways of getting there. Bolt, scooters, tram, or even walking works as well. Staff was friendly, except for when we got back to our hotel room on Saturday night. The door was left open by house keeping and luckily nothing was stolen. A woman staff member at the front didn't believe what I told her, so we showed her and said something would be done about it. Upon checking out, there were no notes, and nothing was done. So definitely a lack of professionalism by the night staff. Breakfast was excellent with alot of choices. It's a buffet and is open from 7am to 1030am most days. Food was fresh and 0 issues. The room was clean and spacious. King size bed was comfortable, the air conditioning was okay, but could've been better. 2 TVs and 2 bathrooms. So it was a comfortable stay for us. Overall, definitely worth the money you pay to have everything included. I still believe the hotel parking should be included into the price like in North America.

We stayed for four nights we booked two rooms one for my son and wife The checking was good even helped us out to get a dentist to sought out my crown Kirill was a good help. The rooms were a good size well appointed bathroom shower Good clean serviced every day wifi was a little in and out and weak Breakfast was good 👍 and all and Allgood just improve wifi

Very good location, 5 minutes from Wenceslas Square. Fast (under 1 hour) and cheap transport from the airport: take bus 119 to the subway (A), - and get off at Museum station (7th stop). From there it is 5 minutes to the hotel. Spacious room and bathroom, fast Wi-Fi. Breakfast ok. Heating in the bathroom did not work ! The staff were pleasant and helpful - deserve all the stars that can be given.

Our stay at the Comfort Hotel was great. The check-in and check-out procedures were fast and smooth. The staff was polite and ready to help. There was a small problem with the smell in our room and they immediately changed it, without any extra charge. After the check-out, we could leave the luggage in a dedicated space, so we could enjoy the city a little bit before heading to the airport. The hotel is located in a quiet neighborhood, close to a metro station on the green line (to the city centre) and a tram station right in front of the hotel. In 20 minutes, you can reach the old town of Prague by public transportation. There was nothing we didn't like about our stay at the hotel. Maybe just an adjustment on the breakfast menu. The breakfast was tasty, with a variety of options, but the dishes could be changed every few days.

It is a modern building, we had a family room which was spacious and the beds were comfortable, and we had stunning view from the 19th floor. The staff was kind and helpful. The breakfast was simple but delicious, they filled up the buffet quickly, there was never a shortage of anything, and there was even oat milk.Good transport to the city center, the tram stop is a 3-minute walk away. Excellent value for money, hotel quality at a hostel price.

Hotel is very nice, however there are a few points worth to mention: * Concierge. Overall great experience, however one of the concierge team members (lady) had a Ukrainian flag on her name tag, which supposedly should mean that she should speak Ukrainian, when we started to speak Ukrainian, she was replying in russian! We do not want to be communicated in russian language, we did not pay to stay at the hotel to hear Russian when we did not ask for it! Very upsetting that you hire people without a knowledge and just put random flags instead of them speaking the language. *** Please explain to the staff that it is important to reply in the language in which customer is communicating or at least in English. Thank you 🙏🏻 * Service during the breakfast and housekeeping. All the kitchen, service and housekeeping teams were super friendly, very nice 👍🏻👍🏻👍🏻 Special thanks to Roxolana & Halyna Pashinska for their incredible personal touch. * Hotel Room The room was clean, however had this horrible smell from the bathroom canalization. Each time we had to open the windows to be able to stay in the room. We were a bit busy and didn’t have time to deal with the room changes, however please do something about it. It is very very bad. * Food. Food is great, however we stayed since July 23d until August 6th and we could not eat the breakfast anymore, it is not changing at all 😅. If we knew we would book the rooms without breakfast and eat elsewhere. Water. There was no water in the room, which is a bit different from other hotels we stayed at. I hope this comments will help you to improve the experience of your guests.

They did it again! Top organization of my event. Event manager Dagmar Vlkova is real professional. Apart of fantastic organization of the event, hotel itself is really very good in all - nice clean rooms, delicious fresh breakfast and perfect helpful service.

【良かったところ】 ・できたばかりからかホテル全体がきれい。 ・フロントで英語が通じる。 ・一泊約£30と個人的に合格ラインの宿泊代。 ・ホテルの周りが騒々しく無い。 【悪かったところ】 ・中心部からかなり離れている。また駅から徒歩約10分。 →宿泊費の安さからくるものだが、歩きのが嫌な人は少しオススメできないかもです。またプラハ中心部へはメトロやトラムを乗らないとかなり遠いです。 ・歯ブラシ、歯磨き粉がない →格安航空を考えてる人は準備しなければなりません。 ・部屋はやや狭い。 結論 泊まって良かったです。
