This is not definitely a * * * * hotel in the western meaning. Hygiene: Found at desktop an unemptied bin, from the previous stay with used PPE :( What about policy and hygiene rule against pandemic?? Bathroom: amenities sp****ly located, not even on a tray (very common on real 4stars hotel), 3x body lotion, no soap.... A floor maid as found in the Russian hotels in 90es would have been helpful, however we are in Prague, not in Chelyabinsk Restaurant: one man show, brought a menu inserted into a transparent envelop were water (?) was spilled on... basic English Spoken Breakfast: an airport hotel has normally earlier opening time than other hotels. First flight out of Prague (I heard that) about 4:30 a.m. The restaurant open instead at 6:30, or supposed to. As transfer to departure terminal booked on 6:45 I dared to be at 6:25 down, trusting to find personnel there whom I kindly have asked their grace to welcome me 5 minutes earlier. Restaurant close shut, lights off. at 6:30 a ”babushka” was still cleaning table. At 6:32 I knocked at the door another ”babushka” came from the kitchen mumbling. I started using my Russian language skills, and suddenly the door opened... Hotel overpriced, restaurant overpriced. Good thing, shuttle to and from Terminal Flawless wifi Management to improve: - safety and hygiene procedures during pandemic ( this is not over!) - motivational and language training to employees - price setting

Excellent location to the central spots. Pretty new environment and facilities. It is perfect choice for staying in Prague either long or short term stay.

Camera nuova. Letto comodo Tutto pulito. Bollitore in camera. Wi-Fi libero ed efficiente. Colazione super ricchissima. Parcheggio non compreso nel prezzo ma quasi obbligatorio x chi viene con auto. Unica pecca è che serve la chiave/ card x entrare e in un alloggio di 4 persone avere un’unica card è scomodo.

Ha sido una estancia perfecta. El alojamiento ofrece transporte de ida y vuelta al aeropuerto de forma gratuita. Tuvieron el detalle de prepararnos un paquete de desayuno el último día, porque cogíamos el avión muy temprano. La habitación tiene todo lo necesario: una cama cómoda y amplia, una nevera, una tetera (con café y té de cortesía), una TV, y un baño con ducha limpio y cuidado. En cuanto al desayuno, a nosotros nos pareció más que suficiente: diversos tipos de pan, embutidos, quesos, cereales, zumos, algo de fruta y verdura, bollería y una máquina de café. Está alejado del centro, es verdad, pero eso lo sabes cuando reservas. Sin embargo, tiene buenísima conexión con transporte público y en apenas 20/25 minutos estás en cualquier parte del centro de Praga. Algunos comentarios hacen referencia a los radiadores y a la calefacción: en nuestro caso todo funcionó perfectamente, de hecho, la calefacción sólo la poníamos 5 minutos, porque calentaba muchísimo. Nuestra estancia, relación calidad-precio, de 10.

Sometimes smoking smell in the air can be sensed as there are a lot of balconies. Poor wi-fi Interior a bit dated reminds about 90s No Shampoo for ladies only packaging shower gel for men Very low quality of breakfast served but enough to leave you filled. Overall it is pretty ok for the price. Staff speaks English, hotel is clean overall.

I don't think I ever stayed in a more badly designed hotel from a noise perspective. From the moment my own door slammed behind me, reverberating around the building (no soft closing mechanism), I feared that this was not going to be a pleasant stay, and so it proved. I was here for one night, having had a busy week in the north of Czech Republic, and opting to stay out of the city centre, as I had an early flight next morning. I just neded a 'get my head down' room, for a good sleep. The room was not particularly big, meaning the bed was quite close to the bathroom. Obviously in the bathroom, there is a toilet and it seems that the waste water system of the entire block was boxed in and passed through my room, with little or no noise suppression installed. Every time someone went to the bathroom, the noise of cascading water echoed around my own room; this happened quite frequently. Similarly, as I had experienced when I first entered my own room, the sound of doors closing under their own weight continued through the night as people left and returned to their own rooms. Bang, bang, bang!! More locally, the sound of people shuffling around in the rooms above and next door, added to the acoustic cacophony. I did eventually manage to get to sleep, but was woken up at around 02:00 by a group of young females returning to the hotel. The only exception was that they were not in the same block, and their noise was clearly coming from outside, and through the shutters (down) and windows. So, zero acoustic suppression in those structures either. Again, I got back to sleep, but only to be woken up at around 05:15 by the noise of a service vehicle reversing inbetween two of the hotel blocks. I didn't bother to try to get back to sleep after that. I would have marked this experience as terrible, if it had not been for the very nice front desk guy who booked me in, and the fact that the breakfast was good. In terms of value, this was a 65 Euro experience at best, and not the 118 Euro, plus 13 Euro parking that I paid.
