After a friend of mine and a frequent tenant at Banyan tree hotels all around the world recommended the hotel to me I gave it a try at their branch in Morocco and it was truly as glorious as he described it, The standout among the staff was undoubtedly the reception manager Sanae. Her warm welcome and unwavering dedication to ensuring a smooth check-in process couldn't have been more efficient and elegant and her attention to details and genuine concern for guests comfort were truly remarkable. Beyond Sanae, the entire team at the hotel consistently went above and beyond to make our stay memorable. They were attentive, responsive, and always ready to assist with any request. From housekeeping to restaurant staff, everyone exuded professionalism and a genuine desire to make guests feel at home. The dining options at the hotel were outstanding, with a diverse range of culinary delights to choose from. Whether it was the Thai or Mediterranean cuisine the food was always on point and the quick responsiveness of the waiting staff made the whole experience better. Sanae and her exceptional team of staff members are the heart and soul of the hotels excellence and I can't recommend this hotel highly enough for anyone seeking a relaxing and peaceful stay away from the city.
