Coming to Rochester to visit the Mayo Clinic was daunting enough but my selection to stay at the Fairfield Inn & Suites made the trip 100 % easier. The staff was pleasant and helpful, the hotel was well kept and housekeeping was very efficient. The breakfast was above average but they could change it up a bit. The hotel is close to the downtown area of Mayo but the shuttle service that takes and picks you up from the hotel to Mayo was a God send. There are plenty of good restaurants close to the hotel and the downtown area.

If you are going to Mayo Clinic, there is no better place to stay then Kahler Grand! It is connected to the clinic by the subway or a simple walk across the street. The rooms are clean, updated & very comfortable. Parking is also convenient & connected to the hotel. Restaurants are within the hotel, subway system or a short walk. Staff are always friendly, helpful & kind! Mayo wheelchairs are available for use ( to & from the clinic & in the hotel) if needed. There is a swimming pool & workout area also.

This hotel had nice, spacious rooms but if you are coming to Rochester to go to Mayo you may want to choose another hotel. Staff either didn't wear masks or didn't wear them properly. Both front desk staff and cleaning staff were often without masks. Not what you want if you have underlying health issues.

Kemudahannya tenang dan selesa. Mempunyai harga yang baik. Tiada isu. Bangunan yang muncul baru-baru ini diambil alih oleh Pemilik baru. Penyiram rumput pecah dan disembur ke tempat yang sama di tanah sepanjang malam. Rangka pintu lif nampaknya dilukis dengan kemahiran seorang kanak-kanak berumur 5 tahun. Saya harap mereka terus memperbaiki butiran kecil ini.
