The room was clean, very comfortable, and the staff was great. They went above and beyond to make my stay comfortable. I highly recommend this hotel to anyone visiting Suzhou.

If you want to save money, I recommend this hotel. Its located in SND, it's very clean super clean. There's wifi available and its next to a bus stop if you wnat to save more money and not spend much on didi or private taxis. Its alos beat line 5 subway station. If you dont wnat fancy hotels and wnat to dave your money and you dint care about the view you will see from your hotel widow I recommend this hotel. I used this hotel when I went to suzhou to transfer to a new school. If you big on saving costs go to this hotel and its foreigner friendly. They know how to acckmade foreigners. I have nothing bad to say thank you

The room and bathroom are good and new and clean. Great room just like the pictures. However , the bed is hard (not a soft mattress). In addition, the acoustic of the room is terrible and you have hear everything in the hallways and in the rooms around. For light sleepers this can be difficult or frustrating. But if your priority is a nice room, it indeed is. There is no elevator but it is only one floor up, so keep that in mind if you have heavy suitcase. There is a KFC right around the corner and convenience store to buy snacks and water too. Congratulations to the hotel, wish them success

定的大床房，空間不大，衞生不錯，沒有異味（這是我開始最擔心的事情）。靠近居民小區，進去一度覺得找錯了地方。上了二樓才看到一張大桌子。如圖。其他照片忘記拍了。店主很年輕可愛，兒子都研究生畢業了，人生贏家。

到了十二點 酒店前台就開始催退房 我和我朋友説晚一點 他説20還是30一個小時 我忘記了 我説等幾分鐘 前台那個**就説 不行 如果不馬上退房就要付錢 我很無語 不知道在催什麼催 態度很不好 好好説不行嗎 我真的很無語

住宿環境很好，乾淨整潔，沒有噪音，老闆娘人美心善，細心周到，離店時還送了漂亮的包包，一次愉快的蘇州之旅，希望下次再來！[玫瑰][玫瑰]

在蘇州新區這個繁榮地段能訂單如此性價比高的酒店，那真的是物超所值了！一到二樓眼前一亮——輕奢簡約的裝修風格，乾淨整潔的客房環境，老闆娘熱情好客，下次來蘇州還選你家。

看到店招，以為踩雷了🤣，到了二樓卻出於意料的好，酒店風格類似民宿的裝修風格，簡約、時尚，客房乾淨、整潔，服務也是熱情周到，適合我們這種旅遊度假人士。

지하철에서 10분 정도 거리에 있어서 적당합니다. 외관과는 달리 내부는 새롭게 인테리어를 해서 깔끔합니다. 특히 화장실과 샤워 시설은 정말 깨끗합니다. 좋은 가격에 푹 쉬다가 갈 수 있는 호텔입니다. 강력히 추천합니다.

除了樓下的招牌有點陳舊，其他都無可挑剔，性價比極高，非常適合我們這種商務出差人士。下次還會選擇這裏。

老同學外地來蘇旅遊，網上給他訂了個離家近點的酒店，現場先踩個點，一看，環境確實很不錯，輕奢、簡約，乾淨又整潔，老闆也熱情、温柔。晚上同學之間小敍，前台的功夫茶台自助，老闆還送了份水果，安靜、雅緻的環境，不用去外面找地了。

酒店很好，乾淨衞生，無異味，裝修很新，洗澡水大，空調也給力，在附近的可以考慮。

酒店床硬的要命，跟睡木板沒什麼區別，隔音巨差，估計放個屁外面都能聽見。半夜點外賣的，刷**的都能聽見。可見好評都是刷的

住了四天，房間衞生衹打掃過一次，關鍵是退房的時候指着我們罵説我們房間打掃費了她們很長時間，説我們垃圾也不丟，我真醉了，酒店打掃房間不本就是應該清理的嗎，而且也沒有很誇張就是普通的一些垃圾袋子，放在一堆的，衝著住客追到樓下罵人，真的是不敢住了，房間的淋浴頭放水下來是黃色的，導致我們也沒敢去洗澡，這都不説什麼了，也就忍忍了，最重要的是現在還來找客户説這説那，我一般都是在攜程上訂的，差評的酒店從來沒給過，一般都是就這樣算了好了，現在酒店追着罵人，體驗感很不好，第一次差評獻給名城賓館 設施：看得出是刷新過的，舊新舊新的，洗浴水是黃色的，沒敢用，洗刷的東西居然是酒店讓我們自己找地方去拿，第一次見，6 衞生：：水是黃的你們誰願意去洗就去洗吧 環境：酒店從一個小卡啦進的，酒店外面環境很臟很糟糕 服務：能指着客户罵，這服務你們也很厲害的，你們誰要討罵誰去住吧
