Ulasan Novotel Melbourne Preston

有點意外之喜，本來住了幾天套房，感覺這家估計很小很侷促，沒想到挺大的，還有做飯有微波爐，距離略遠，每天出門回家稍有不便，離地鐵站700米，離公交站300米，衹是公交不太穩定。

交通方便，景色優美

Courteous staff. Very clean room.

Everything is great in this hotel. We got the suites on the top floor looking out the city.A

Great stay again. Comfortable bed and bedding. Room with everything I needed. Quiet. Convenient location for trains and trams. Will return.

The property was amazing but the $20 parking was a sting.

Very clean and bright first impression...to be able to check in late was a bonus... The check in was very pleasant and took no time at all... My partner & I enjoyed our stay that much we booked another night...we requested a late check out thinking only one hour extra but was given 2 hours extra... Definitely we will stay at the Novotel Preston again

Hotel was clean and quiet. Cafe inside was convenient in the morning. However disability parking area was closed off and parking underground was not free for guests. We had to park on the road which was not convenient or close from the entrance of the hotel.

Staff were amazing. Always friendly and helpful.

Staff so accommodating. Everything clean. Perfect for our needs. Tea at the restaurant was great too.

It had everything and was easy to get to places and parking was good, restaurant was pretty good as well , great breakfast buffet. Will keep coming to this place again and again.👍

The room overall was decent in size and the bed was comfortable, however the size of the bathroom let it down. I could not sit down on the toilet comfortably. When I sat down, I knocked the toilet roll off the holder and had my shoulder jammed against the bath rail. Very uncomfortable.

Booked a double room and was upgraded to a king room. Room was clean however bathroom was a bit tired and small. Reception available 24/7 and staff were friendly.

Our stay at the Novatel was fantastic. Great room, great service, great food!!! We will return 🙂
