남아공 프레토리아 유니언 빌딩 바로 맞은 편에 워치해서 상당히 접근성이 좋습니다. 직원도 친절하고 조식도 매우 맛있고요. 지하 주차장이 넓어서 차 이용하기가 매우 좋고 넓은 방에 욕실도 매우 좋았습니다. 무엇보다 아이들과 같이 머물기에 참 좋았네요. 아이들 두명과 함께 머무는데 가족 여행으로 잠시 머물기에 딱 좋은 호텔이었습니다.

Good service offered from the hotel, I recommend them as one the best around the town. Staff are really friendly, from reception to restaurant. Rooms are clean , food is delicious. I would recommend anyone wants to have a stay at this hotel to feel comfortable.

I wouldn't really have chosen this kind of hotel, as I prefer smaller and more family accommodation, but the place where I booked made a booking mistake and they placed me here. We struggled to find as the parking is not really close to the main entrance on ground floor. Nobody told us to drive 6 levels up... The rooms are standard and equipped with the essential. I didn't like the fact that they try to charge you 25R of parking every time you get a new ticket... I assume it is convenient for those wanting to stay in the middle of town, as it is quite centrally located. Not really found of the shopping mall atmosphere, but again, this is my personal opinion.

The service, location, food, rooms, wifi was spot on, I enjoyed my stay and would go back to any Anew Hotel in South Africa for my future travels. The Receptionist are good also, welcoming and friendly.

Friendly staff. However quite unprofessional. One prefers to have their breakfast in peace, some of the staff members were grouped right in front of the elevator with a view, chatting as if they didn’t have work to do which was quite disturbing as this is just by the dining area. When you stand up to dish up for yourself- they’re starring. Also, the aircon has a “heat” option which when you switch to, the temperature is rather cold. The double room has head lamps attached to the board just above the bed but had no bulbs. The noise coming from the passages are unbearable. You can’t sleep or nap peacefully.

We have stayed at Duke & Duchess Boutique Hotel on a previous trip to Pretoria. Again our stay was very comfortable. It is conveniently located with easy access to the highways in a quite suburb of Pretoria. The rooms are comfortable. There is an inviting pool to cool off on hot summer days. Good covered off street parking is available.
