"I was not aware that this was going to be an Air B&B style of booking. It was a converted set of suites on the 6th floor of an office building that was mainly doctors offices. A friendly patron helped me into the building & contacted the called the company. I tried to download the app to gain access but was not having much luck working the app. There were spare keys in a lock box that I was able to access. Needless to say, the check in process was stressful for a non-seasoned traveler. The rest of the stay was uneventful. You need to request cleaning, fresh towels, garbage removal, etc thru WhatsApp, but the responses were quick. It was a short 10-min walk to the Megaron where my conference was held & ample places to grab breakfast/coffee on the walk over."

"The staff are attentive and remember guests by name, and the hotel offers a nice view. However, the overall experience was not smooth. The room, although advertised as 45 m², felt much smaller. The first room lacked basic seating and space for luggage; the second was better with a table and two chairs, but still odd setting for a luxury hotel. The outdoor pool was closed, and the spa and indoor pool were in a separate building, making it uncomfortable to access in January coldness. The indoor pool also had a sewage liked smell at 11am. Food was overly exotic to justify the high price, but losing its original taste."

"Good service, food and amenities. Amazing view from the restaurant and lovely indoor pool and spa area. Set up for conferences and tour groups rather than individual travelers. About 30 mins walk to the Acropolis, which involves crossing some big roads, but there is a shuttle to Plaka."

"This place is quite unusual. My room was upgraded so that I had a suite over two floors, with a small private pool on another lower level. Absolutely every convenience had been considered, some extras might verge on overkill (bog roll tied up with a ribbon for example). The room looked amazing on first inspection, but I quite quickly realised the smell of the pool was so strong it stung my eyes, and the sound of the ventilation unit was quite a roar. There was only one small openable window on the mezzanine level next to the bed and I had to sleep with that open as wide as possible. Bed was extremely comfortable, I had to turn off the pool ventilator unit in the middle of the night because it kept waking me up, but once I had done that and the smell of baking bread entered the room from a bakery down the road I slept like a log. Staff were really nice and friendly, but they are working with quite difficult circumstances and perhaps unnecessarily. The kitchen is on the bottom floor and breakfast is served on the 5th floor roof (from which you can see the Parthenon) breakfast is a little awkward as you get a huge wicker basket 🧺 full of food plus crepes, plus omelette, plus tuna sandwich, a whole baguette (some more little ribbons), and I am not sure anyone can eat as much as is provided, and the server had to keep travelling up and down in the one person elevator. Probably would be better to ask guests what they would like to have for breakfast out of the options available and have a coffee/tea station upstairs. There is the option to take lunch in your room - for which the picnic basket concept makes a lot more sense. Seems like there should be a way to make the place feel more efficient and common sensible. I did get the feeling that they might have only just opened and are finding their feet, so I hope this review will be useful - certainly was a generous accommodation and staff are working very hard to make sure guests have the best possible experience."

"Perianth Hotel est très bien localisé, dans une zone piétonne pleine de commerces et restaurants. L'hôtel se trouve aussi à côté d'une église, alors on va bien entendre les cloches le matin le week-end. Le restaurant de l'hôtel est excellent. Les employés sont très polis et à l'écoute. Le petit déjeuner est aussi excellent, tout est très goûtu et frais. La chambre en soit est très bien. On nous a reçu avec des petits gâteaux sucrés et sales et une bouteille de vin, et tous les soirs on nous laissait des chocolats au lit."

"Double standard room is a basement that smells of sewage. Definately not a garden its a tiny corner wth 2 chairs and some plants! Take Care! 😡😡 When we we went to their titchy reception he said he cannot do anything and we need to call reservation office! So we were trying to get a hold of them and called 6 times. Nobody answererd! We were willing to pay to be moved to a normal room they called back about 3 - 4 hours later saying they would see what they can do. Surprisingly within the same call they changed what they had initially said and said they can’t. The room was horrible and definately not 30 m2. At most 18-20m2. The room is clean but thats about it, all in all a TERRIBLE experience!!"
