Very good location, metro station is few minutes away and it is on Airport Blue line route. Shopping and Acropolis are around, central to everything. A rooftop bar with acropolis view and a lower ground storage are a bonus. Though the lift is too small can only accommodate 2 or three people, the breakfast is included.

Actually we couldn’t stay this hotel.. With the terms and conditions we have reserved. and no refund or no reduction has provided… Even though we have truly expected to stay Acropolis view room of A for Athens again on the last night in Athens, but due to the electric device disorder, the front desk explained, the reservation has changed to the room of another cheaper sister hotel, 360 pop art, without no refund. In addition to that, the number of guests has not been correctly communicated to the 360 pop art and we had been kept waiting for more than 30 mins, even including arguing by pop art receptionist, when so tired after long trip from islands in late evening. They explained they change to very good room with Acropolis view but it only has partial view. But it was completely different from the view from Acropolis view room at A for Athens, in which we had stayed a few redays ago with the same price. Very disappointed memory.

Olympus Residence is a comfortable and modern place to stay in Athens. The apartment is spacious, clean, and equipped for a short stay. Just starting to show some age but the beds were comfortable, the air conditioning worked well, and having kitchen and laundry facilities was a definite plus. The location is in a pleasant, quiet neighbourhood. Most of Athens’ major attractions, including Syntagma Square and the Acropolis, are around 1.5–2 km away. This was a good walk for us, but travellers with limited mobility or those wanting to be right in the heart of the action may prefer somewhere closer. There were a few areas that could be improved. Communication before arrival was disappointing. I contacted the property several times to ask about the possibility of an early check-in, but several messages went unanswered, including a call to the listed emergency number. I eventually received a response only after sending a text message to that number. Better communication would make the arrival experience much smoother. The kitchen was functional, but the utensils and cooking equipment were very basic. Anyone planning to prepare more than simple meals may find the kitchen somewhat limited. Overall, despite the communication issues and the basic kitchen setup, the apartment was clean, comfortable, and offered good value. With a few improvements, particularly in guest communication, it would be an excellent place to stay.

I recently stayed at this hotel and had a genuinely pleasant experience from start to finish. The first thing I noticed upon entering my room was how clean and well-maintained everything was. The housekeeping team clearly takes pride in their work, as every surface was spotless, the bedding felt fresh, and the bathroom was impeccably tidy. It made settling in and relaxing incredibly easy after a long day of travel. The staff were another highlight of my stay. From check-in to check-out, everyone I interacted with was warm, polite, and eager to help. Whether it was answering questions about the area or accommodating small requests, they handled everything with professionalism and a friendly attitude that made me feel welcome throughout my visit. The location of the hotel is also excellent. It’s conveniently situated close to key attractions, restaurants, and transport links, making it easy to get around without hassle. This added a lot of value to my stay, as I could explore the area without spending too much time commuting. Breakfast each morning was a real treat. There was a great variety of options available, catering to different tastes, and everything I tried was fresh and flavorful. It was the perfect way to start the day and set the tone for whatever plans I had ahead. Overall, I would highly recommend this hotel to anyone looking for a comfortable, convenient, and enjoyable stay.

This was our second time staying at Ermass Hotel, and it was just as wonderful as the first. We stayed on the 8th floor this time, which was fantastic—it was much quieter at night, and we managed to get a great night's sleep without needing any earplugs. The hotel itself is modern and perfectly equipped for a couple. After walking a ton around Athens, we took one afternoon just to rest, and we were so glad to have the in-room kitchenette and microwave to easily prep a meal. The shower facilities are top-notch too, featuring a powerful rain shower and really good quality shampoo and conditioner. The location is highly convenient, though it’s worth noting that a few of the surrounding roads can feel a bit dodgy, so you just need to keep your wits about you at certain times. Don't miss out on the rooftop bar either—it’s a fantastic spot to hang out in the evening and look out over Athens. All in all, a great hotel that we highly recommend!

We loved this hotel! We booked it based on good price, nice photos/reviews and close proximity to vegan restaurants. My only slight concern was that some reviews described the location as a little seedy/dangerous. We did not find this to be the case at all. We loved the location, away from the tourist 'centre', but still easily accessible by metro in about 10 minutes. In fact, from this area it seemed really easy to travel to many different parts of Athens, and the metro station itself was a 10-minute walk away. There is a large, lovely park 5 minutes across the road, where lots of people & families were hanging out during the long, summer evenings. Yes, there are some run-down buildings and graffiti in the area, but that seems to be all over Athens, and it did not feel aggressive or threatening. The hotel itself was lovely. The photos are very accurate. Our room was soooo comfortable, a great size, with good storage (wardrobe), comfy bed/pillows, a nice shower and a small fridge, kettle and coffee pod machine. Down in the basement is a communal space with a pool table, small kitchen for preparing food, and space to chill out or watch movies. You can also get fresh, drinkable water here, There is a small terrace on the top floor, with a bit of a view and some friendly pigeons. The staff at reception were so lovely - friendly & helpful, great English speakers too. The only thing I would mention is that our room was at the front of the building, on the 1st floor, and you could easily the hear the traffic on the main road (which is around the corner - the hotel itself is on a side street). We were also treated to some early-morning trumpet practice from someone in an apartment opposite (and he definitely needs the practice!) So if you are sensitive to noise or a light sleeper, you should ask for a room at the back. But, that aside, it was a great hotel which I highly recommend, and would definitely stay here again.

First of all, the hotel staff are so nice incl. receptionists, breakfast lady, room attendants, etc. They all smile at you and greet you, very polite and helpful. We also booked 1 triple room for 3 adults but they gave us 2 double rooms with the same price of course although they had to move us to ground floor the 2nd day due to some electrical defaults in one of the rooms as it was newly renovated, which didnt bother us at all. We happily moved. Also free water bottles in the fridge included, all the necessary amenities were there, no kettle to boil water or cups for hot drinks were provided in the room but if you ask them, hot water provided at the hotel reception 24/7 also free tea, coffee and hot water for all guests provided from 3-9pm! Rooms were decent sized with comfy and clean beds, daily room service, breakfast was good and plenty and included in the room price, so cant complain! More hot food options would have been nice but it was continental which still was adequate. 5/5 stars

We stayed one night at Alekos Apartments 2 and had a pleasant and comfortable experience. The apartment was modern, very clean, and well-equipped — it even had a small kitchenette for simple cooking and Netflix for a relaxing night in. Although there’s a front desk, the office hours are limited, but not to worry — the owner is super responsive and helpful via WhatsApp. He even helped us arrange transport from the airport to the property at a reasonable fee, which made arrival really convenient. The self check-in process was smooth and well explained. The apartment felt safe, cozy, and had everything we needed for a short stay. Location-wise, it’s within walking distance to metro stations, making it easy to get to the city centre. Overall, a great value stay in Athens — clean, modern, and hosted by someone who truly cares about guests’ comfort. Would happily stay again!

Great location as all main tourist sites (including Kerameikos and Filopappou Hill) were walkable - also outside the main tourist area, which was a plus. Roof terrace also pleasant at the end of the day. Hotel facilities are limited: WiFi, internet tv only (on mine you had to log in with your own details), aircon, tea/coffee, free bottled water. Cold breakfast option (set price of €10 - not €8 as shown on the website). Airport pick-up is now also €50 (more than shown currently on website). Rooms modern but.mine was starting to look slightly tired. In theory it was a ‘suite’ suitable for four (two small rooms) but this would have been extremely cramped, particularly as each room had only a ‘space saver’ type wardrobe ie. wardrobe rail coming out from the wall with a mirror in front and no other storage and a sofa bed in the ‘living room’. Despite the website description of each room with (only) a power shower, mine had a shower over the bath. Service was average: front desk tried to be helpful but local knowledge was lacking. Bed was made each day, but tea/coffee/water were not refreshed and used glasses and mugs were not cleaned. Despite this, towels WERE refreshed daily and there was no option (card or other mechanism) to get this stopped. I was surprised: it seems that saving water and energy had passed the hotel by entirely. In conclusion: compared to other prices and areas of Athens I paid a reasonable amount, but given the reviews had expected more from the hotel, although I couldn’t honestly say that it was bad, just ‘average’.

The exterior of the hotel look inviting; however when we walked through the front door you can feel the heavy curtain around the lobby have not been clean for long time. All the sofa in the lobby are covered with some sort of clothes I guess it is to cover the old and uninviting sight. The check in process was straight forward and friendly. None of the light on the stairs are working and I had to use the flash light on my phone to light a path up and down the stairs, could be dangerous if you need to evacuate the hotel quickly. The room door has key card slot but I guess it is broken as I needed a physical key to unlock the room door and a keycard to turn on the electricity, the room size is good and high ceiling. The bathroom has no hook for the handheld shower head so not so convenient to have a shower, the water also not always hot enough. The air conditioner was blowing warm air even though the dial was set to cold and it made the room so more warmer and uncomfortable to sleep. The hotel reviews seem to suggest this is one of the common issue people has been complaining about for more than 10 years!!!! I ended up open all the windows to cool the room down and this invited traffic noise all night long. The hotel has been neglected for way too many years and surprisingly still in business????
