We stayed at the Sunrise Pearl for the first time on the 25th September for 1 week. It’s our 6th time visiting Protaras but 1st time at this hotel, and it certainly didn’t disappoint. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay here and it exceeded all our expectations. We don’t usually write reviews but after staying at this hotel, we can’t not this time as we always rely on reading reviews ourself when booking holidays. Firstly, when we arrived at the hotel, we received a lovely drink (some form of champagne cocktail possibly) Then, we checked into our room (we did choose a ‘sea view’ room) In the mini fridge, we received beer, wine, waters, coke and a fresh orange juice. That was all included, then we received 2 fresh bottles of waters everyday. Also every evening, a lady brought round 2 chocolates to our room & also asked if we needed anymore water, or fresh towels etc. It was such a lovely touch. We booked the Sunrise Pearl on a half board basis knowing that it included the ‘dine around’ option. When staying in Protaras, we always visit the Lemongrass and Marcello restaurants, so when we saw that these two restaurants were included, we knew we may aswel book the half board option. There is six restaurants you can choose from. We ate in (Lemongrass / Marcello’s / Reef / Hotel buffet restaurant) and then switched our ‘evening meal’ for a lunch option at the hotel on the other days. (As that’s something they let you do which we thought was great) If you have lunch at the hotel instead of having the evening meal, you still get a choice of starter, main & dessert, just like when you eat at all the other restaurants that are in the dine around option. The pool area is great. There is an adults only pool which is where we chose our beds to be. (Also next to the swim up bar) You choose your beds on the first day and they stay yours for the full week meaning no early get ups to put towels on the sun-beds. Every day, frozen flannels get brought around the pool and also fresh fruit. Also a nice touch. Overall, we found our first stay at Sunrise Pearl fantastic. All staff were very friendly and nothing seemed a problem. We were even impressed with the lifts in the hotel. Never seemed to be waiting long at all. Breakfast every morning was great. Unlike most hotels where you go up to get a coffee etc, the staff bring one to you which we liked as it seemed a better coffee than you get from the machines. We usually had either a latte or an iced latte. Breakfast was served until 10.30 every day (We found that between 9am - 9.45am the busiest) We can’t wait to go back to this hotel. It would be hard staying at any of the others now. Hopefully see you next year, Sunrise Pearl.

Kemudahan yang disediakan merangkumi telefon serta peti besi dan meja.

An excellent stay at all aspects. Tasty food ,really great service, clean hotel. Late checkout for free and writing now enjoying my tea with the best view from my room balcony. Definitely coming back!

This hotel is in a wonderful location at the top of the *****. It's conveniently located next to the bus stops and Fig Tree Bay. (If you want a bed on Fig Tree Beach, you need to be there at 8 -8.30 am.) There is a swimming pool here at the hotel, with plenty of beds and brollies. I found the pool area very quiet and I prefer somewhere with a bit more atmosphere. The staff were marvellous. Demetrious, Rabin and the hilarious Nina, Nina Nina on reception, they we're all brilliant. My room was lovely and the beds very comfortable. The hotel cleaned to a very high standard. My only concern was the food. If you were taking your meals early then there was a great selection of food. The later you came into the restaurant, the food presentation and refilling of the food diminished. One day there were no baked beans and the serving dish had dried tomato sauce, indicating there hadn't been any for a while. I asked for some. I then witnessed a few beans being warmed up in a pan on a cooker and then being put into the dried up serving dish. On another evening with an Italian theme, there were 5 meatballs left. I know this is not the end of the world, but I never saw any food being replaced of replenished. I was never in the restaurant at the end of service but with a least 40 minutes to go. I just got the impression that nobody cared about the food and overall it felt like the hotel management were trying to save on food expenditure. Overall I had an great stay at the hotel, but will not be returning...

Magnifique hôtel. Très calme. Bien situé. A proximité de Protaras et de ses plages (où l on peut aller à pied) mais où l on évite la foule! Loin des complexes de masse. Criques en face de l hôtel où l on peut se baigner. Promenade qui passe devant l hôtel. Parking de l hôtel gratuit. Mini réfrigérateur dans la chambre qui est rempli de boisson (gratuites) quand on arrive (rempli une seule fois durant tout le séjour). 2 petites bouteilles d eau par jour sont déposés dans la chambre et 2 petits chocolats en fin de journée (ce qui est appréciable). Fer et planche à repasser gratuite sur demande. Coffre fort sécurisé gratuit dans la chambre. Pas de chaîne de TV française mais possibilité de connecter son compte Netflix sur la TV. A proximité 15min en voiture de Cap Greco. Très belle décoration. J ai eu la chance d être surclassée avec vue sur la piscine. Personnel charmant (notamment la dame blonde à l accueil -que je remercie chaleureusement - qui a tout fait pour que je puisse avoir un petit déjeuner à ma convenance le jour de mon départ à 5h30 du matin).. 2 employés parlent français (ce qui aide). Pas besoin de prendre de serviette de piscine. L hôtel vous en fournira (/prêtera )une pour votre séjour. Matelas de plage attribué à votre arrivée selon votre convenance (vous pouvez en changer), ce qui évite de devoir réserver les transats. J ai vraiment apprécié le calme de l hôtel. On s y sent bien. Je reviendrais avec plaisir et je recommande sans hésiter.

Can I start by saying the hotel is generally ok and so are the staff. But!! I have been here a wk now and craving food which is hot and not just warm at best. Breakfast is about the best meal of the day but it goes down hill from there on most days. When I booked this holiday the hotel boasted of three restaurants but failed to mention one is closed another you have to pay for the use of leaving the third. The bikini beach restaurant this is where you can get lukewarm limited choice food. Unless you are a paying customer, they get food from the a la cart menu piping hot and very different to what the all inclusive guests get. They also have a much more varied drinks menu. I have already eaten out twice and will continue to do so as I am here for another three days ( unfortunately ) and like good quality food served hot and also to be treated the same as all the other holiday makers. Being made to feel second rate to others when I have already paid a premium price is not what I expected and will not return to this hotel. I could go on about cleanliness of hotel rooms and much more but I will leave that for my email to tui. I have been to my rep and lodged my complaints but expect very little to be done. Tui you should be ashamed of urself for supplying this package to paying customers and at best review your start rating and pricing at this hotel. Vrissaki you really need to up your game.

Great hotel with an amazing pool and views of Konnos Bay. We had a 4 day break at Grecian Park which is a little isolated and is a 10/15 minute bus journey to Napa and Protaras, but the buses run very regular. Breakfast was very good with a huge choice to suit everyone’s dietary needs. Our room was massive, very clean, with a bottle of water provided every day. Now for the whinging bit. Smoking was a massive issue for us. The covered outdoor areas of the bars and breakfast area allow smoking with no segregation. I was very uncomfortable having to inhale smoke, whether it was cigarettes, cigars or those bloody vapes at the breakfast table and bars!!! Surely it’s not too much to ask for non smoking areas….especially as there were lots of young children, babies and toddlers at the hotel. Apart from that had a great stay with some very warm autumnal Mediterranean sunshine.
