Sunrise Pearl Hotel & Spa

We had a great Time at the Hotel. Everything what we needed was taken care of. And especially the staff at the Restaurant waterfall was very friendly. The adult’s pool was perfect for us and quiet. Also was the sea close by. We had a standard Room with Seaview. The Room service cleans the rooms every day and was therefore clean. We also tried the massage. And it was so relaxing. We had with the Spa together a wonderful experience. Overall, we will come back as soon as we can. Greetings from Armin and Sarah

Could not fault this at all. Really good helpful, polite staff What we found great about this was the fact you are allocated a sun bed & that is yours for the duration of your stay. Cuts out everyone reserving beds at early dawn & not using all day. Food excellent with a good variety. Brilliant location central for everything. We would go again in a heart beat.

Stayed on the 6th November 24 for 1 week in a Deluxe room with sea view, Room 220, through Jet 2 on a Bed and Breakfast basis. It was the first time we have stayed at the Sunrise Pearl and it was amazing. All of the hotel staff were so friendly and helpful and a credit to the hotel. The hotel and our room was kept immaculate,with little touches like free daily bottles of water and chocalates left at night. We also received a complimentary spa session. When we go back to Protaras we will definitely book the Sunrise Pearl again.

We went for a week at this hotel from 4-11/11/24. Right from the start from when we checked in until we checked out, the service by every member of staff was excellent. The location of the hotel could not be any better - it is right on the sea front with a great, clean beach and crystal clear water. There was ample choice of food, even for the two vegetarians who were in our group. The restaurant staff were very attentive and always greeted us with a smile. The choice of speciality restaurants was also good and some are outside the hotel complex but not too far. The walk along the beach are easy and very scenic. Our special thanks to Nora and Vera at reception who were very helpful, as was Arvydas who also helped us to plan our day in Ayia Napa. Manpreet, Durga and Keshav always served with a smile in the restaurant, as did the rest of the staff. Unfortunately, I cannot remember the names of all the staff members - my apologies. Our thanks to every member of staff who looked after us.

We stayed at the Sunrise Pearl for the first time on the 25th September for 1 week. It’s our 6th time visiting Protaras but 1st time at this hotel, and it certainly didn’t disappoint. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay here and it exceeded all our expectations. We don’t usually write reviews but after staying at this hotel, we can’t not this time as we always rely on reading reviews ourself when booking holidays. Firstly, when we arrived at the hotel, we received a lovely drink (some form of champagne cocktail possibly) Then, we checked into our room (we did choose a ‘sea view’ room) In the mini fridge, we received beer, wine, waters, coke and a fresh orange juice. That was all included, then we received 2 fresh bottles of waters everyday. Also every evening, a lady brought round 2 chocolates to our room & also asked if we needed anymore water, or fresh towels etc. It was such a lovely touch. We booked the Sunrise Pearl on a half board basis knowing that it included the ‘dine around’ option. When staying in Protaras, we always visit the Lemongrass and Marcello restaurants, so when we saw that these two restaurants were included, we knew we may aswel book the half board option. There is six restaurants you can choose from. We ate in (Lemongrass / Marcello’s / Reef / Hotel buffet restaurant) and then switched our ‘evening meal’ for a lunch option at the hotel on the other days. (As that’s something they let you do which we thought was great) If you have lunch at the hotel instead of having the evening meal, you still get a choice of starter, main & dessert, just like when you eat at all the other restaurants that are in the dine around option. The pool area is great. There is an adults only pool which is where we chose our beds to be. (Also next to the swim up bar) You choose your beds on the first day and they stay yours for the full week meaning no early get ups to put towels on the sun-beds. Every day, frozen flannels get brought around the pool and also fresh fruit. Also a nice touch. Overall, we found our first stay at Sunrise Pearl fantastic. All staff were very friendly and nothing seemed a problem. We were even impressed with the lifts in the hotel. Never seemed to be waiting long at all. Breakfast every morning was great. Unlike most hotels where you go up to get a coffee etc, the staff bring one to you which we liked as it seemed a better coffee than you get from the machines. We usually had either a latte or an iced latte. Breakfast was served until 10.30 every day (We found that between 9am - 9.45am the busiest) We can’t wait to go back to this hotel. It would be hard staying at any of the others now. Hopefully see you next year, Sunrise Pearl.

From the moment of our arrival meeting the friendly reception and porter staff, we knew this hotel was going to be good. We had a sea view room, spacious, spotless and nice added touches… complimentary .. a couple small bottles of wine, beer, coke, fruit juice and water ( the water was replenished every day) . And 2 chocolates each evening 😀. Brilliant idea allocating sunbeds and also the towels are sewn so they fit the sunbed mattresses another good idea. We had cold face cloths delivered to our sunbed each day around lunchtime fresh fruit bowls in the afternoon.again nice little touches. Food… great selection for breakfast and again chefs and waiting staff friendly and helpful . We used the dine around option ,another good idea our favourites were lemongrass and the Italian Marcellos. We also tried all the other options and the hotel restaurant all very good. Of all of them the Greek was the one we liked the least but what we had was ok. I celebrated my 70th birthday whilst there and the hotel and staff certainly made my birthday extra special making a birthday cake, bottle of fizz and plate of fresh fruit all complimentary.. such a lovely gesture…( I have to add that my brother and sister in law had a lot to do with letting them Know and helping organise various things 😀) We were invited to a manager’s cocktail party where we had chance to meet various members of staff and the manager.. it was a lovely evening. Overall we could not fault this hotel, I agree there is not entertainment every evening but not everyone needs this, there is plenty of entertainment outside of the hotel going on each evening. Overall for us as a couple it was the perfect place to be for our holiday and we will definitely be back
