Crystal Springs Beach Hotel

At first glance, we didn't thought it was a nice hotel. We thought it was some boring hotel. But we were so wrong! The architectural design was amazing. The garden in the back of the hotel was stunning, filled to the brim with bushes, flowers and palm trees. The room we booked was amazing. The facilities were great, everything worked perfectly. The dishes served here (breakfast, lunch and dinner) were so delicious. we wish we could eat like that every day! The rocky peisage was so beautiful, we took so many pictures of it! The staff was warm and helpful. Overall, we've had a pleasant experience and we look forward into coming here next summer!

So pleased we chose this hotel, great location, delicious food, friendly staff, plenty of space and lots to do. Pool area is spacious and safe and the private beach is so peaceful and beautiful. We felt really lucky to have found this hotel - it’s perfect. My daughter and I felt welcomed and relaxed from the moment we arrived. We will be back!!

I travelled solo to this hotel. Tui coach transfer was waiting for me and it took one hour to get to hotel. I was the only who got off the transfer coach to this hotel. Hotel porter took my suitcase inside and I check in. It was quick and easy and passport given back straight away. Nice drink on arrival also a nice touch. Lady at the front desk gave me all the info I needed for my 7 night stay and gave me all inclusive wristband. Entertainment info, All inclusive info, Day time activities info and room card given. I was told my suitcase would be drop off and I headed to my from on the second floor overlooking the pool and sea. My suitcase was dropped off a few seconds later by hotel porter. Fab service from the start. My room on the second floor superior twin room with sea view was perfect and close to the lift. My room had a safe,twin beds,bathrobes,slippers,kettle,tv,mini fridge,a/c, private balcony. Bathroom essentials. hairdryer I didn’t use the hairdryer it was old fashioned and is the only thing in the room that needs replacing.You do not need to take plugs the ones in the hotel are like the ones in the uk. I have so many wonderful memories. The breakfast in the salamina restaurant is great and kirstina served me every morning always a smile on her face. I only had my breakfast here and my lunch and dinner was always at Yialos pool bar restaurant. The service here was amazing from all the staff but these people always made me feel welcome and couldn’t do enough for me. Thank you to Erik,George,Boris,Fotini.and Veer who made the drinks on the evening the food and drink in the pool area is amazing. Table service 100% the staff here know how to look after you. Daytime Entertainment Lydia Yoga,stretching and Aqua Zumba I loved doing these exercises and Lydia is amazing daytime instructor she was new to hotel too and was doing amazing job. You have to hand your card in and you can use the sauna and steam room it’s included in your all inclusive give the sauna and steam room card to the Aura spa and the lady will give you a towel and locker key return these back and your card will be handed back. Loved my time here. The entertainment on the evening is the best I have ever experienced loved every act. Also this hotel is not in protaras but you can catch the 102 from outside the hotel 1.50 euro each way and it will take you protaras and catch the 101 back it stops opposite the hotel. The buses are on time and frequent. Small cove beach outside which is lovely and the gardens are beautiful and well maintained. Always found a sunbed near the pool or in the garden area. This hotel is so super clean all areas are kept clean at all times and the views are amazing. Guest relation manager a lovely lady who wants to get know you and make sure you have a pleasant stay. I was very sad to leave this hotel I had the best time here and loved every minute of my holiday.

Just returned from this hotel with 11 other women to celebrate my 50 th birthday and I don’t even know where to start with this review.I have stayed in many lovely hotels in lots of different destinations but this hotel has surpassed them all . Gorgeous setting next to beautiful wee beach cove and crystal clear sea. From the moment you arrive the service and attention to detail is amazing.Bedrooms are a little small when 3 adults sharing but beds are really comfortable and the cleanliness was fantastic. Breakfast is served in the main restaurant and the chose of food is fantastic. We chose to dine for lunch everyday in the pool bar restaurant , I have never seen such an extensive lunch menu served to your table including fresh fish of the day from salmon and fresh tuna to king prawns . Dinner was in the main restaurant which again was fantastic and 2 visits per week to the meze restaurant .The meze restaurant served 16 courses per person of food for dinner !!! Every course was amazing. The cleanliness ,personalised service and attention to detail from all the staff is the most special thing about this hotel ,every person we met couldn’t do enough for us,we were 12 women who were treated like queens . I would like to thank every member of staff for their service , care and politeness.I also have a few personal people to thank who make this place just fantastic. I would like to thank Annistasia and her team in the pool bar who were fantastic. George and Boris from the pool bar who ran back and forth for a week from our sunbed to the pool bar serving us the most fabulous cocktails made with premium drinks including grey goose. Our morning coffee at breakfast was served by Blessing at the main restaurant. Christa from hotel management spoke to us every day to enquire if there was anything they could do to help us have an even more fantastic stay . A big thank you also to the two lovely ladies who served us a mountain of food in the meze restaurant and even provided 2 birthday cakes during our stay . Chris AKA George Clooney who is the executive director of the hotel was also fantastic and was keen to know if there was anything that the hotel could do better or change but there wasn’t cause this place is perfection. Please do not hesitate to book this place it is fantastic and us ladies can’t wait to make this place our yearly girls holiday destination.

The staff are fabulous from the reception staff, cleaners, bar staff to restaurant staff. Eric, George, Tina and Fotini at the beachbar were wonderful. There was so much attention to detail such as handing out blankets on cooler evenings to coming round to the sunbeds with little treats. The pool towels smelled gorgeous! I loved that the alcoholic drinks were the proper brands and the wine was exceptional. Everthing was spotless at all times. The room was fine and the toiletries were lovely. Our hairdryer looked like it should have been in a museum though so take your own hairdryer! Plug sockets are same as UK so no need for adaptor plugs. We loved swimming in the sea which was flat and calm, and the landscaping was lovely too. We only had one bad meal at the buffet but every other meal was great. The breakfasts were delicious. Our favorite place was the beachbar for lunch and dinner because of the stunning view. Our only few moans are the fact that there are only one set of toilets and from cetain areas it was a pain to get to them. Also the playlist at the beachbar was the same all holiday and started to drive us mad. Finally, piano music at dinner in the buffet restaurant was awful and depressing. There were a couple of brilliant solo singers which made us feel so chilled and the evening entertainment was okish. I can see why this hotel got five out of five. I am convinced an improvement in music, and more toilets would make this a 5star hotel. I would definitely recommend Crystal Springs.

We throughly enjoyed our break at Crystal Springs Beach Hotel. The hotel is set in immaculate grounds with lush grass and palm trees next to a beautiful cove for swimming and snorkelling. The food in the main buffet restaurant and the pool bar was very good, with lots of choice. We had a sea view superior room which had a lovely view and included bath robes, tea/coffee, and fruit and a bottle of fizz. All the staff work really hard to ensure the guests have a great time and are looked after. The hotel is set away from the main part of Pernera/Protaras but there is a bus stop right outside the hotel for exploring the area.

This is by far the best hotel I have stayed at, the entertainment has been excellent, live music and dancing, and plenty to do during the day from volleyball to darts, Luigi and his team are fantastic, the guest happiness is 100% their priority, a real credit to the hotel. The food has been excellent 14 days may not be long enough to try everything you would wish to try, the wait staff all brilliant as well, the hotel is extremely clean. Recommend for all ages, plenty for kids to do, activities during the day and mini disco each night, Luigi makes sure the kids have a great time. If you are looking for a lazy relaxing holiday or an action filled scuba diving (avaliable here) or a spa filled ultimate relaxation this is the hotel. Lovely Grounds as well

We stayed at Crystal Springs for an All Inclusive week, half term week October/November last year. The hotel is clean throughout and all of the staff are friendly and welcoming. It is quite a small hotel so limited number of bars and restaurants. That said both the pool bar and main restaurant are good, we did not try the other restaurant or lobby bar. The beach is not a private beach as advertised by some tour companies, it is municipal, this means there is a small daily charge for sunbeds and parasols. The only negative really was the food, it could be improved easily. As a vegetarian, I struggled to find something a couple of times, also there was a lack of Greek food (which I believe should be available daily) There was a Greek evening but other times not a lot of Greek food. The salads looked lovely but unfortunately most had meat or fish in them so no good for vegetarians. The fruit and ice cream selections were not great either, more fresh fruit needed, especially at breakfast. However, it is the only negative and has not put us off returning to what is a small but friendly hotel. We have already booked to return for the same week this year.

This was our first time in Crystal Springs Beach Hotel and I am sure it won't be the last. From the check in to the check out the time spent there has been great. The most interesting thing about this hotel if the Customer Service ethos it has as most members of staff that work there are friendly, kind and professional and will go out of there way to ensure that your time there is as enjoyable as you want it to be and nothing is too much trouble for them. I noticed that all the staff were very meticulous in their work and attention to detail is key (I can relate to that) The Hotel has a relaxing ambience as soon as you walk into it and the décor is very pristine and immaculate. Some special mentions go to: Nicol (Spa Manager) - Great service and always happy to have a small chat about our lives in general, whilst seeking business for the Spa - So good to see a Spa Manager being proactive and promoting the Spa services. George (Pool Bar and Restaurant for his pleasant manner and good London banter, Both Malgazorta (Maggie) and Kristina in the Main Restaurant for their attention and positive approach and Maria (Our Housekeeper for the duration) for her warm smile and attentive approach to her work and some good laughs thrown in as well. The hotel is situated North of Protaras but has easy access to the main town either walking or local regular buses for some intensive shopping therapy or dining out. Access to the beach is only 2 minutes(if that) and the bay is very nice and clean. A definite visit if you want a good stay, good price and good value for the experience.
