I spent one night at this hotel and I really liked it here. My room was spacious and clean, it was quiet here, no noise from the hallway. The breakfast was standard, there was a lot of fruit and pastries. Check in and check out was quick and staff friendly. Bonus: there was a huge supermarket right across the street.

DO NOT STAY IN THIS HOTEL, specially if you are a solo traveler. I made a 2-night reservation for work purposes. The convenient location and the good rating made me decide for this hotel, even if it was more expensive than similar alternatives (110€/night during the week for a 2*). When I arrived, I regreted my choice as soon as I walked in. The pictures online are much more flattering than reality. The hotel is completely dated, is too warm and smells funny everywhere, from the reception to the rooms. The staff is not helpful. The room....much smaller than advertised, tiny tiny, dated, with a strange smell. Cleanliness, despite not being terrible, is far from irreprehensible, specially in the ancient bed quilts that must be used for several guests in a row. The bathroom is also small, with a tiniest shower (that I didnt event want to get in). From the vents in the bathroom you hear ABSOLUTELY EVERYTHING from the nearby rooms. Also in the room itself, walls are paper thin and you hear everything from the other rooms..you don't feel calm and relaxed at all. To top it up, I don't know quite how to put it into words, but the environment is very strange. I didn't feel safe at all. I could barely sleep with this feeling of insecurity, specially after having read comments on TripAdvisor about strangers being able to open the doors. I left after 1 night in the early morning, despite having paid for 2 nights. There was 0 availability from the staff to discuss the negative points or cancellation policy for the 2nd night, even though you pay WAY TOO MUCH for what is advertised and then ends up being a complete disappointment. WORST HOTEL EXPERIENCE EVER even though I only wanted some place to sleep for work purposes. This felt like on the movies, that terrible strange place where people go to sleep after somenone kicks them out off the house.

This hotel has many positives. It’s spotlessly clean and well-located, being just an 7-minute drive from the station, and a 10-minute walk from Piazza delle Erbe. The staff were all courteous and professional. There was a decent selection of hot and cold, and savoury and sweet foods for breakfast, the quality of which was excellent. Our room overlooked the courtyard (as we requested), so was protected from traffic noise, which was a boon, as the air-conditioning had been switched off (despite it being relatively warm in the room), necessitating sleeping with the window open. The bed and pillows were very comfy. The one quirk was the ‘style-over-substance’ wardrobe unit, with its heavy metal-mesh sliding door. At first, we didn’t realize that sliding it towards the wall (thus blocking access to the bathroom) exposed a large drawer containing the hair dryer and a safe. (Another reviewer presumably never found this ‘hidden drawer’, as they wrote in their review that there was a ”lack of drawers for shirts and accessories”.) This unit seems to have an inherent design fault: When the heavy metal-mesh door is moved towards the wall, a movement sensor switches on an LED ***** light in the wardrobe. When the door is closed, the sensor beam is interrupted, so the light should go off. However, when closed, the door isn’t physically close enough to the sensor to interrupt the beam completely, so, to prevent nuisance tripping, they’ve added a magnetic rod to bridge the air-gap and cover the sensor enough to switch off the light. Unfortunately, this magnetic rod is easily displaced, so if you don’t realize you’ve moved it, the light remains on until the magnetic rod is put back into its correct position. A nuisance if you have to get a maintenance engineer to come and fix it. (Photo. attached.) All in all we had a great stay, and would certainly return.

Бронировали трёхместный номер, нам дали семейный, двухспальная кровать и двухэтажная кровать. В номере было чисто, но стоял стойкий запах сигарет. Попросили поменять номер, так как сами не курим и были с ребёнком, но нам отказали, ссылаясь на то что свободных нет. Открывали окна на лестничной клетке и в номере, чтобы вытянуло все. Завтрак не брали. В душе все рабочее и чистое. Шампунь, лосьон. Удобные кровати, холодильник, телевизор.

L'albergo è in posizione strategica, a pochi chilometri da Padova e ben collegato con gli altri centri del Veneto. La struttura è accogliente, con un grande parcheggio e un ampio giardino. Colazione abbastanza ricca e variegata. Stanze ampie e ben accessoriamente. Piccolo appunto: sono capitata nei giorni in cui è stato effettuato il taglio delle coltivazioni di soia e la zona risultava quindi infestata dalle cimici (da non confondere con le cimici da letto che sono un'altra cosa e che non erano presenti all'interno dell'hotel). L'albergo ha preso tutte le accortezze del caso per evitare disagi alla clientela a causa degli insetti. Nonostante tutto in camera ho trovato alcune cimici uccise dagli spray utilizzati. Un disagio subito risolto con grande efficienza e disponibilità. Per il resto il soggiorno è andato alla grande.
