It was a very nice hotel. We stayed there for a while and it was a lovely experience. Breakfast was really good, the gym was one of the few working gyms we’ve managed to go to. Very clean rooms.

Our one night-stay was very pleasant and comfortable and deserving of 4 stars. The beds were comfortable, the room was quiet, the wifi worked well, and the room was well-appointed with all the typical necessities. I would have liked to have a freezer compartment in the mini fridge. The cleanliness level was good. The service was good. I marked it down one star for trouble with the breakfast. The coffee supply was not replenished in a timely fashion (completely out for20 minutes ) and when the bacon and potatoes ran out, there was no more provided (this was at 8:30am). The music piped into the lobby was pleasant but geared toward customers aged 70-80. I found that interesting and a little surprising.

Everything was wonderful, me and my friend had a great time in Nashville and the staff of the hotel were really nice, the room was renovated, clean, and comfy They have a great breakfast in the morning, with pancakes, eggs and more. I would stay there again.

Arrived on May 5th for two weeks of training in Cookville. Upon arrival to the hotel in the evening, I was greeted by gentleman working the front desk. Following day after day when arriving or departed he would greet guests including myself. Everyone at the hotel was very friendly and more than helpful when needed. During my stay, I requested to utilize my Marriott status for a room upgrade. The front desk associate Isabel was more than helpful getting this arrangement completed along with the manger during the hours I was in class. Each morning there was complementary continental breakfast. From the years staying at numerous of the Marriott properties, I would rate this breakfast above average. Again greeted each morning by Gitte working in this area. She literally would clean the tables after each and every person finished. Along with making sure everything was stocked and would check on items if they were not out to each guests liking. In my opinion, that’s a person going extra mile to make sure the guests were happy Overall, very happy with my accommodations, the pool area, and the gym. Just off the highway, close to everything.

Excellent hotel. Excellent location. Helpful and smiling staff. The only problem we had was that we asked to extend our stay by one more night, the price jumped to double then what we paid for one night. (We had to look for another hotel and in the end we found an excellent hotel at a better price and in a better location....so everything worked out for the best for us...)

Satu-satunya kelebihan ialah terdapat tempat letak kereta. Jangan tempah hotel ini jika anda tidak memandu, kerana ia akan menyusahkan untuk perjalanan. Ctrip berkata bahawa ia termasuk sarapan pagi, tetapi ia sebenarnya tidak menyediakannya, dan terlalu malas untuk mengadu. Kerana tidak ada masa seterusnya.

That’s good location & room is large. But no any stuffs provided. (e.g. teeth brush, teeth paste, slippers & robe). Also I feels weird that don’t have shower curtain in the washroom caused make the floor wet after shower!

Perfect everything!!! The location is close to everything walking distance. The room was big and spacious. I reserved for three people and it had even more sets of towels. It was clean and beds were very comfortable. Breakfast was included with many fresh options. Parking is extra but a good price. Would recommend it

We had a great time at our stay. The hotel was in a great place to walk to a lot of nice parks and places for kids! The Library Restaurant in the lobby was great. Will and Jevon were very helpful at getting our car quickly everyday and helpful getting it packed up!

Before you arrive and go on the app to check in you are offered several upgrade options at additional cost. When you get to the hotel the desk staff is confused and tells you there are no free upgrades for diamond members. This is the country music capital of the world however this hotel has decided to play very loud screaming music here for 2 days did not hear one country song. This is an all the common areas including the rooftop Bar not sure who thinks this is cool music it is not. There is no local shuttle you have to pay $20 to go 2 miles in a Lyft for dinner and you have to wait 15 minutes at least at the airport where the Lyft pickup area is pure pandemonium. The entire facility is new however there is lots of tile throughout the building in the common areas and it all needs a good scrubbing from the inside of the elevators which on day one was completely filthy all the way up to the rooftop bar area and pool which also needs a good scrubbing. You get exactly two bottles of water at check-in and that is it as a diamond member until the next day and I'll put two more in your room. The hotel restaurant is supposed to open at 6:00 finally at 6:32 some folks showed up and we got on with breakfast as a diamond member you get $15 towards a $25 breakfast. The floor in the restaurant needs swept and a good scrubbing. There is no executive lounge on site. The convenience of walking out of the terminal into the hotel is very nice I just wish they would give the place a good cleaning and play some country music on their screaming overhead speakers. It would also be nice to bring back some of the lost features of being a diamond Hilton frequent guest.

My husband thought it was dirty he found dust on the lamp base. Probably when they vaccumed it spewed dust back out. You don’t get much for $200 these days but it was walking distance of Ruth Chris steak house. Parking cost us $60 for 2 cars that was ridiculous on top of the over priced room but the breakfast was very satisfying.

The hotel location wasn't bad. Loved the Elvis homage.... room wasn't the cleanest, bathroom and walls could use a good clean and paint job. Didn't have breakfast. So I can't say much. But for the price I paid, I can't complain. Don't mind going back there.

The young man who checked us in was very nice. The room was strange -- dated, with some of the weirdest furniture I have ever seen in a hotel. It was like we were in Pennsylvania Dutch country instead of Memphis. The fabric headboard had big holes in it with the foam rubber underneath poking out. Towels had strings hanging off and my washcloth had a hole in it. The room smelled odd; this property has some age on it and although some improvements were made at some point, it wasn't enough and it's now too worn. The bed was comfortable enough. The internet did not work and when I complained to the front desk, the person who answered (NOT the nice guy who checked us in) blamed it on our devices. He said he was surfing the web just fine and that no one else had complained. He said I'd have to call another number, which I did, and that turned out to be an internet help desk for IHG hotels. The young man who answered was extremely nice and said that absolutely there was no problem with our devices, but rather with the property's internet. He worked on it for 45 minutes while I was on the phone. That was not how I wanted to spend my evening after traveling all day. He never was able to get the internet to work for us so we ended up using our personal hotspots which we could have done to begin with, but in this day and age there is no reason for the internet not to work seamlessly in a $150 a night hotel room. Breakfast the next morning was adequate. the only bright spot was a young lady named Robin, in housekeeping, who was so sweet and nice to us when we went back to our room following breakfast, to pack up and leave. I was so impressed with her that I gave her a tip and thanked her for her great attitude. We had a reservation to stay at this property the following week on our way back home, but I promptly canceled it and booked a room at the La Quinta down the street. It was wonderful. Avoid this Holiday Inn at all costs; for the most part they are phoning it in.

No breakfast ever, pool hasn't been open in probably a year. There was no hot water from the bathroom sink. The hair dryer cord was cut the Mircowave was so dirty and rusted you couldn't use it. No work out room. Blood on the floor in the room. no ice bucket or ice tray and they will try to charge you for any item missing. Total disgrace hole you would be better off sleeping on the highway. I took pictures of everything and the management would give no refund.
