Fresh and modern hotel, spacious room with all necessities, good restaurant and nice breakfast with both buffet and a la cart options. There is a mosquito mesh on the windows which is good. The only outtake - constantly blinking green through the night fire detectors on the ceiling

Lovely hotel with a fabulous pool! We thoroughly enjoyed our night at I Vivai- after a friendly greeting from the front desk we were shown to our room. It was fabulous- super stylish, clean and a bit different with the stone walls. The bed was comfy and the linen and towels felt good quality. The pool area is delightful, especially early in the morning when it is quietest. We also had dinner in the restaurant and it was delicious! Breakfast was also great, with a mixture of buffet items and made to order dishes.

Is a little special gem. Stayed there only for one night but I can say it was very nice. Brand new and stylish property with beautiful rooms, a bit dark for my taste, very nice pool and great relaxing area. Pool service is available. Yes, there is a street next to the hotel but it didn’t never disturb. All the staff was very friendly, kind and helpful. Food overall very good, high quality and tasty. Parking is on side and free. A canopy would have been nice.

This hotel on the outskirts of Florence is just perfect! You miss the central traffic and you feel like you are on holiday (even though I was working!). The food is delicious, the views are lovely, the staff attentive and the rooms perfect for a short stay.

The Italian summer you are dreaming of! The hotel is located in the heart of Tuscany and you can visit a lot of great smaller and bigger towns within one hour by car. Talking about the hotel itself it offers an awesome combination of modern architecture combined with classic Italian design. The rooms are very big, super clean and modern. Pros: - Awesome design - Perfect service all over the hotel - Great pool area with a lot of space and a nice pool bar - Great breakfast with a well balanced combination of buffet and alla cart - Lovely dining experience with a large selection of wines - Good location in the heart of Tuscany - A lot of Italian guests creating a very local experience Cons: - NONE Arrival: 10/10 At the time of our arrival we were warmly welcomed and parking is free. Also the reception team directly asked about anything the can assist us with making our stay even more beautiful and creating an unique experience. Either you can choose from a lot of activities or ask the lovely service team to create you more unique fully customized experiences. Rooms: 10/10 The room was nicely prepared and has a perfect view. We are having an room on the first level (room 26) and can totally recommend it. Some large rooms also offering a terrace or balcony. Breakfast: 10/10 Perfect breakfast with a large selection of international and local dishes. The buffet serves a well balanced combination of fresh fruits, bread, nuts and varying local cakes. At the table you can offer a large selection of dishes and drinks like freshly made orange juice. Pool: 10/10 Large pool with a lot of space, overall not crowded with a lot of privacy due to the large area. Overall: 10/10 We are currently still staying at the hotel but this is definitely one of the best hotels we have ever visited. It creates a very luxurious local Italian feeling with perfect service. This hotel is definitely something you should not miss while visiting Tuscany! Thanks to the whole hotel team for creating such a unique experience! Lennart

This hotel was beautiful and the staff went over and above for our group with every interaction. The shower had great pressure and the room and bath were both large. The breakfast was bountiful and delicious. We had several meals in the restaurant and they were all great, too. Everything was really good EXCEPT that is is so far from everything. We didn't have a car, so we spent quite a bit of time and money every time we wanted to leave the property. The staff is happy to call a taxi, but the driver charges for the drive to the hotel as well as wherever you are going. There is a bus stop at the end of the road which the hotel is on, but we couldn't really figure out how to buy tickets because there is no tobacco shop nearby and it would take over an hour to reach either Pistoia or Prato on the bus. I think this would be a good hotel for people who have their own car or who are content to just hang out by the beautiful pool for their entire stay.

This is a hidden gem. In a stunning location, that feels in the middle of nowhere, but is on the edge of Prato and Florence, is the perfect place to return to after a hard days work. The food is divine, the drinks extensive and the decor natural and not too ‘in your face’. The rooms were set up in a useful way, perfect for a single traveller or couple. Please note there is no conditioner in the bathroom though. Looking forward to going back in the summer when i can try the pool!

Ho soggiornato in questo albergo e l'esperienza è stata estremamente positiva. L’ambiente è immerso nella natura, regalando un’atmosfera di pace e relax assoluto. Il silenzio che lo circonda permette un soggiorno davvero rigenerante. La pulizia è impeccabile, ogni dettaglio è curato con grande attenzione. Il design moderno e raffinato, con un tocco fashion, rende gli spazi eleganti e accoglienti. Il ristorante adiacente è assolutamente da provare: piatti di alta qualità e un’ottima proposta culinaria raffinata, anche qui ambiente accogliente e rilassante .La colazione è eccellente, con un’ampia selezione di prodotti freschi e ben presentati. Alla reception il personale è estremamente gradevole, disponibile e sempre attento alle esigenze degli ospiti. Un luogo perfetto per chi cerca tranquillità senza rinunciare al comfort, alla buona cucina e a un’accoglienza impeccabile. Tornerò sicuramente!

We zijn hier 3 dagen gestopt om Florence te bezoeken. Rustig gelegen hotel modern ingericht. Goed bed met een prettige airco. Goede douche. Zwembad is fantastisch. Vriendelijk personeel, en behulpzaam. Ruime parkeergelegenheid. Ga zeker terugkomen

Het is een prachtig hotel op een handige/ centrale locatie tov meerdere toeristische hoogtepunten in de omgeving. Het hotel is prachtig, de kamers zijn schoon en luxe , het eten is heerlijk en het personeel is super vriendelijk. Er is wat ons betreft wel een grote maar………… de locale bevolking aan het zwembad. (Zie hier ook de eerdere opmerkingen over op Tripadvisor) Op de site stond dat het zwembad exclusief voor hotelgasten is, dat is dus niet zo!!!! Inmiddels staat het niet meer op de site dat het alleen voor hotelgasten is. Met name in het weekend zijn er veel locale zwembadgasten.
