Obviously, MR&C is not a 5-star hotel. I would rate it between 3 and 4 stars. To get from block to block you have to use two elevators, pretty confusing since there are no proper signs on the way along corridors. In room 3303, where I stayed, there were a lot of ants crawling around, the shower hose was leaking, I bet it's still leaking, I called the reception, it was no use. They recon they’ve got “exceptional service”-strictly for the birds. What hell of ‘exceptional services’ if even for breakfast there was lack of the usual English breakfast tea for 4 days, and this in a five-star hotel??? LOL. This hotel probably awarded itself a five-star rating. There was earl grey tea, tea bags with variety of additives, but no just ordinary english breakfast tea!!! They probably have problems with supply planning or logistics. Restaurant managers were completely useless keeping silence not answering the questions and not solving the problem for four days. In general, I’ve got the impression that tourists in Montenegro are ripped off everywhere and at every step. Cheating cab drivers, restaurateurs and bartenders, travel agencies with poor service, underdeveloped infrastructure, etc. In stores, even chain stores, they can easily cheat, in restaurants they may bring cheap, sour wine under the guise of expensive. At Podgorica airport there is always a queue for toilets everywhere, what a ***** designed public toilets with 2-3 cabins is really beyond my comprehension. In the women's toilet the queue was not less than10 people. Despite poor infrastructure, the nature and ecology are still super, for the sake of it and the sea, it is worth probably visiting this location once.
