Lovely staff Simple and delicious breakfast

This is one of the worst hotels I have ever stayed in in Thailand. The place has only been open about 1 year and it is literally falling apart. We had booked an Onsen Room that boasted many features.... the features it didn't quote were things like ”huge cracks in the walls, windows that don't lock and are actually packed out with tissue paper to stop the draught, The onsen bath ( looks more like a plastic duck pond) takes well over an hour to fill to about 6 inches deep - the hot water system turns off after 20 minutes, and the restaurant is a joke - we were offered no choice for breakfast and were served with chicken & garlic with rice - there was not butter for the toast (only margarine) and you can have one cup of coffee - if you want more you have to pay extra --- their prices are not cheap either. I would not recommend my worst enemy stay here... the place is dangerous and an accident waiting to happen.

We stayed at Sangthong Resort for our trip to Nan . At first I thought it was the wrong choice to stay at Sangthong resort as it is very far from all attractions in town but it turned out that it was the right decision to stay there as it is half way to Bor Klua and many other attractions out off town. The room are spacious and rather comfy. Love the ( very) hot water and the view of the rice paddy .The food was very very good. The services were excellent and staff were very nice and friendly. If we are going back to Nan again, I will definitely stay at Sangthing resort.

Quaint place. Other reviews compliment the breakfast. I think it was just so-so. The reception lady can't speak English but she was very helpful in showing me what I needed. Room was smallish but comfortable bed and good shower. If it had a pool there would have been a better rating.

Quite a large hotel, just south of the town, on the main road but set back so no issue with traffic noise, clean and tidy rooms, ample car parking, very good grocery shop on site, restaurant and bar on site...all fine
