Wonderful pet friendly place. Vinshu, Chinaar, and Anoohya were wonderful and took care of us and our pet Beagle so thoughtfully. The swimming pool and property was amazing. It was an enjoyable stay. We'd definitely come back here on our next vacation to Pondicherry.

We reserved a garden view room for a two-night stay. The accommodations were immaculate and well-equipped with all the necessities for a pleasant stay. In-room dining is an available service. A wide variety of delectable breakfast and high tea (complimentary) options are available in the morning, and we thoroughly enjoyed the cuisine. We had the pleasure of dining at your establishment on multiple occasions and were thoroughly impressed with the overall experience. The staff demonstrated exceptional courtesy, humility, and attentiveness, providing excellent service throughout our visits. The quality of the food was also commendable. We particularly appreciated the complimentary cake, which was a thoughtful gesture that added to our enjoyment. In summary, our experience was highly satisfactory and we would gladly recommend your restaurant to others.! The room was cleaned daily, and the entire resort was kept immaculately clean. The staff is exceptionally friendly and always willing to assist. One noteworthy feature of this resort is its pet-friendly policy. My feline companion felt warmly welcomed and comfortable in all areas of the resort. Upon completing the checkout process, I discovered a minor issue with my vehicle. However, the staff demonstrated exceptional customer service by promptly arranging for a skilled technician to address the problem. I express my sincere gratitude for their assistance in this matter. We express our gratitude to the entire staff for ensuring our stay was comfortable, secure, and enjoyable.
