It seemed pricy for an average to slightly below average room. The room was OK. The stairways (no elevator) had stained carpets. The breakfast room had one small waffle machine and nothing else except cold fare.

This was our first time to stay at this motel and we were very pleasantly surprised with the courtesy and attention of the clerk at check-in to the breakfast the nest morning. Great value for the price and comfortable room.

I booked 4 rooms here for a girls' golf outing. The day we got there the temperature was 106. There was no air conditioning in the lobby or any of the hallways. The first room they gave me the main light flickered, none of the other lights worked and the AC was also not on in this room. They gave me another room and at least the AC was on here and all but one of the lights worked. The tray in the coffee machine was missing so I couldn't make coffee the next morning. The "indoor pool" has a capacity of 4!! That should tell you something and it was like a sauna in that room. When we got back from dinner I went to get ice. It was empty. I went to reception and after knocking (successively louder) no one ever came. I guess no one was there. The gals in two of the other rooms didn't even stay. They left and went to the Marriott. One said there was a bad smell in her room and the other said there was dried vomit on a chair.

I had to stay for a week during the Colorado All-State Games and I was pleasantly surprised on how good the hotel actually is. I have worked for Choice Hotels for over 10 years and honestly most people shy away from Econolodge's. This particular Econo, was pretty damn pleasant. The rooms are very clean, the staff was friendly and overall the condition of the hotel was pretty good. I would not hesitate one minute to stay again. Thank you for a great week.

For the price you can’t really complain a lot. Rooms were clean, kids enjoyed the pool, small breakfast area (waffles, cereal, breads). Centrally located near restaurants and stores and close to interstate. Like I said, not bad stay for the price!
