Fantastic stay! Please ignore the low reviews. This hotel is really really nice and such good value. Modern, pool on the roof top, sunbeds, balconies for each of the rooms, mini studio type rooms with a big wet room, little kitchen area and a big tv, even provided robes, slippers and room refreshed everyday. The staff were always really friendly and helpful. Breakfast has alot of variety, coffee machine, juices, fruits, cereals with all the toppings, cakes, salads, cheese, cold meats, pancakes, waffles and fry up options to start your day. Dinner is also really well priced if you didn't fancy venturing out for food. There was a bar on the entrance level that had cocktails on the go and music playing, nice place to sit and relax in the evening. I traveled solo and had a fab stay. Would definitely return. Really good location close to the beach, bus station and a very walk into the centre. ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

My second time here now and This is now my go to hotel In puerto! Staff are all friendly and rooms are immaculate! Beds are comfortable too.

Всё соответствует описанию и фотографиям, чисто, уютно, персонал отзывчивый, рядом магазин, ларёк с экскурсиями, автобусная станция, пляж (волны, постоянно красный флаг), можно дойти до городского пляжа с бассейнами, природа очень красивая, все супер.

房間寬敞乾淨，早餐很豐盛, 服務也不錯。酒店位置很好，離中心車站很近。到市中心海邊都很方便。

Great hotel there is nothing not to like. We had one of older rooms but cleaned daily ( housekeeping is fantastic). Great views from balcony. We arrived early hours of the morning and the guy on reception was so accommodating and made us feel so welcome. It’s in a great location with bus station at end of the road. Also lago martinaz is so worth a visit and is only a 20 min walk or €5 in taxi. The hotel does food also and has special nights and breakfast daily you can pay for this if self catering like us and is very well priced. If I was to visit here again I would definitely stay in the sky view again. Thank you so much for having us it has been a great holiday for me and my kids.

Fantastic location, 3 min from Playa Jardin and the long promenade, Punta Brava, bus terminal and restaurants. Friendly staff who really want your stay to be comfortable. We loved our studio with mountain views incl. Teide and the cosy rooftop (warm) pool.

Friendly, clean, renovated hotel. Good breakfast, near the bus station, short walk to Plaza del Charco through old town streets. Not to forget The roof top sun terrace with a pool. Mercado municipal is also a short walk away as well as the nearest HiperDino supermarket and farmacy.

Everything great apart from food very repetitive only there for a week and the same food every night just served with something different eg rice or pasta, would definitely return but just stay bed and breakfast Very clean friendly staff and close to beach

I enjoyed my stay at Skyview as all the staff were lovely and very helpful so would definitely like to stay again if I go back to Puerta Del La Cruz. The room was comfortable with good facilities. I enjoyed the buffet breakfasts that were provided. There is a rooftop pool and lounge area which is a real suntrap. The hotel is in a convenient place about 3 mins walk from the bus station which was handy for me as I was travelling independently. Both the beach and the town centre are also an easy walk away.

For me this hotel is worth money we pay, food was great, room was clean, everyone in hotel was very nice and friendly. Only downside is lack of soap in bathroom, but big store is near by and it is not expensive so it's not big deal. This hotel have my recommendation.

I was in Skywiew hotel in September 2024 with a tourist group from Serbia. My expirience is that a hotel is very good, very clean, large rooms and balcony. Food is fresh and delicious. Hotel is well located, near to the center. Very friendly staff. My sincerely recommendation!

Lovely clean hotel. Staff were friendly. Small bar area in the hotel to get drinks and snacks. Pool on roof was very cold and small. There is a supermarket a few minutes walk and lots of bars, cafes and restaurants with 2-15 minutes walk. The beach is also only around 5-10minutes walk Puerto de la Cruz is a beautiful place itself but is very quiet and we struggled to find bars with music and entertainment. Overall lovely hotel and great staff but would not go back as there isn't much going on for me
