Terletak tidak jauh dari pusat! Kami menempah bilik keluarga dan pengalaman itu berbaloi kami akan menempah lagi lain kali ditambah ia tidak begitu mahal.

We had an amazing stay at Blue Lagoon Inn & Suites. The hotel is located in the heart of Puerto Princesa. The place is beautiful and calm, the staff is nice and friendly. Also, the location is great, less than 5 minutes away from the main road with all the restaurants and shops. The best highlight was the swimming pool. We really enjoyed it! Highly recommended!

The place is very relaxing ,the most I like is my room is infront of the swimming pool..which I can see my children easily while their are swimming..the staff are nice,and the location is not too far from the airport

Basic but convenient bed was comfortable enough. 24 hr security on the front gate.

The front desk lady was very helpful when I had some problems with my pickup car.

Had to rebook my flight and stay another night in puerto princesa. Very happy that they made my last night comfy and safe.🥹😍 I also met my friends from Australia.

Nice Hotel with great Pool for adult and kids. Quiet location with walking distance to Rizal Blvd Restos and pubs.

Location is good. It's near to a lot of restaurants and bars. People are kind. Breakfast served tasted good. Decent and clean rooms. Big pool!

We stayed in the Hotel from 20th to 24th of June 2022! I originally booked a room that could cater 3 pax (2adults & 1 kid (10). When we get there they could’nt find my booking & contacted trip.com! Finally they’re able ro retrieve it but room was too small and said could only accommodate 2pax, otherwise they can put an extra matress! Even a mattress is placed, the room would be too crowded. So I checked my best option and that is to change into another room. We jz have to wait. I contacted trip.com about this and they were very sorry about the confusion of room accommodation and offered a compensation for the extra mattress fee!😅 Regarding the hotel, food was good although to refill water is CHARGED!! 500 ml bottled water is 10pesos, I don’t get it, it should be for free!😅 Breakfast meal’s price i think could be lower and everyday room service should be a must!

Nice place to relax

Мы останавливались в этом отеле в апреле 2024г. на 2 дня. В отеле есть бассейн в котором можно поплавать после долгого экскурсионного дня, правда вода в этом бассейне на мой взгляд слишком теплая. На ресепшене очень приветливый и доброжелательный персонал, помогали нам с организацией экскурсий, а также с трансфером до Эль Нидо по адекватным ценам. В целом в номерах все старенькое и мебель и сантехника. Как для пару дней так вполне приемлемо.

這家酒店是我住過最差的一家酒店，沒有之一。我提前幾天預訂的房間，下午3:30我們到達酒店的時候，前台才開始安排服務生去做衞生，我們在大廳等了20多分鐘後，告訴我們可以入住了，到達房間後告訴我們空調是壞的，製冷出現了問題，現在衹有兩個選擇，要麼是忍受空調不製冷，要麼換房間。好吧，我們衹能無奈選擇讓服務員帶我們去要換的房間看一下，發現給我們的換的房間居然是老樓，而且是二樓很差很差的一個房間，跟我們預訂的房間完全不符。 我們不同意換房間，然而讓人想不到的是這個時候酒店的工作人員不理我們了，把我們晾在一邊，任由我們被蚊蟲叮咬，愛咋滴咋滴，我們從愛妮島坐了5個多小時車回來，已經又累又餓了，這個時候已經4:30了，我們等了一個多小時。 我們沒辦法，衹能聯繫官方的工作人員幫忙解決，最後各種電話溝通，直到下午6:00才成功入住房間，而這期間2個多小時，酒店的工作人員一直都不理我們。這就是他們的服務態度！ 對了，再説一下，這家酒店房間很差很差，被單都感覺沒洗過，不要看着他們的描述就輕易相信他們。
