Hotel 3 Bintang di Puerto Princesa

This is our first trip in Palawan with family. We stayed here for three days and two nights. The location is too far from the city we always rent a tricycle which cost 100 pesos one way and maximum of 4 passengers but we had a beautiful stay here. The rooms are affordable and very clean. We had a free breakfast and this was well presented and plenty of choice. The people are very kind and friendly.

Parfait pour une nuit en transit . Confortable, bon accueil . En fait c est un jardin dans lequel le propriétaire à construit quelques bungalow . En sortant de l hotel et en remontant vers la rue principale il y a un restaurant coréen : je le recommande :Kang Nam Petit déjeuner servi sur la terrasse . Le propriétaire nous a réservé un van pour Port Barton et ils sont venus nous chercher à l hotel .

It’s got a beautiful pool and reception area. Outside it looks nice. The state of the rooms inside was a little disappointing. Quite old. Unkempt if i may. the wallpapers are slightly peeling at the edges, it’s stuffy and really can use some renovation work. The staff is nice and friendly and the restaurant makes good food. Even though the dial code wasn’t working and i had to call reception everytime i wanted to order.

We are very grateful to find this place in the heart of the city. While Palawan is already a bustling archipelago, Hibiscus Garden Inn is a rare gem for a peaceful and relaxing experience - it is very ideal for families like us who are looking for a spot to rest and slow down. The manager and staff took really good care of us. They were willing to accept us even in the middle of the night. And it's a pleasant surprise to arrive in a well-designed, clean, comfortable, and spacious room like theirs. Our family loved waking up in the morning to enjoy our hearty breakfast which is readily available in their restaurant - mind you, they have a full menu of local and International cuisine. All in all, I would say that my family would definitely come back at Hibiscus whenever we come again to Puerto Princesa City as it already been a home to us even for just 5 nights of staying. This is definitely the best deal in the city! The room was clean, big TV, new air conditioner , newly renovated washroom and king sized bed with great pillows and comforter! The price includes breakfast daily ay the cafe on the grounds which was very nice and shuttle service to the airport! VERY comfortable and well priced stay!! It's right on the main road as you come into town so close to a great restaurant called Jory's and McDonalds is right across the street!

Upon entry to the hotel I was a little taken back thinking is this the place I envisioned But as time goes by the hotel has grown on me.Firstly the refrigerator is really cold and keeps your beer at a great temperature The Television has Netflix YouTube prime video perfect picture far better than so called quality hotels in Manila also aircon is cool swimming pool is great for an evening swim after activities Breakfast needs some help in a big way and of course staff very professional trying their best

Excellent place for staycation with family and loved ones if you want a place where you can relax and breathe sea breeze with nice ambience. Has friendly, approachable and professional hotel staffs, rooms are opened using a key card - spacious with minimalist designs, beds and comforters are nice, with free water bottles, water heater and coffee. Also comes with clean toilet with free toiletries (towel, toothbrush & toothpaste, comb, razor, soap, shower cap & vanity kit [cotton buds] also includes free rubber slippers for all around and comfy use) as well as hair dryer/blower attached at the side of bathroom mirror, the room also has a vault safety box, flatscreen TV and mini refrigerator. The buildings have elegant structures. They also have really great swimming pool area! We got a room that is pool access and it made our stay more wonderful. Foods are delicious. Great buffet set up. Sunset can be watched at the rooftop of the gazebo near the seashore. You can borrow and ride a bicycle inside the hotel premises and do kayaking if the sea is high tide. Very nice and instagrammable place! Will definitely come back here for sure.

Staff were friendly which is the only good point for me to be honest. Otherwise I was disappointed for the following reasons (some are illustrated by pictures) There was a fridge in the room which had rust that didn’t work, there was what looks like mould in the bathroom. There was a electrical plug socket hanging half of the wall ( do not think safe to use). There was an extra guest on the floor- not sure if it was there for decoration or if it was alive ( picture will show you what I mean).The accommodation is right at the back of the main road. Which means you have a long path to walk down to get to it. Not ideal at night to be honest Not an accommodation I would stay at again to be honest.

The place is set back from the main road which is nice. The staff were friendly and helpful. The bed was very comfortable. WiFi was good. I had mango for breakfast every morning. They were very good. The decoration was a bit kitsch. I stayed in two different rooms and one definitely needed more updating than the second. Basic thing like broken light bulb (1 of 2 in the ceiling) should have been noticed before any guest checked in. The only complaint I have has to do with the tours they “sold” me after I booked. The sales manager sent me an email with different tour names and no description or explanation. I researched them and decided to book 2 tours back to back with the hotel since I wanted to pay by credit card on the hotel bill so I didn’t have to carry so much cash. I got there late and the tour was for 7am pick up the following morning. The receptionist had no record of any tours I booked. The sales manager never booked the tours even though I received an email telling me all the tours were confirmed. Luckily, the receptionist could book the tours for me at 11pm. The whole thing created stress I didn’t need at the beginning of a vacation. Then i was presented with the bill for the tours for cash payment. I asked what the other people on the tour paid and I was charged a 25% premium. I told the hotel for that premium, they could take the payment in credit card. Not a big big deal. Just unpleasant.
