First of all, let me start by saying how much we LOVED our stay. The location is absolutely stunning, and we had an amazing stay. First and foremost, I want to thank to all the staffs esp to Aj ( who made our stay extra special. The food for me was exceptional, they had a wide variety of cuisines, and I was there for 2 nights and didn't have a bad meal while I was there. I felt the food price was very reasonable given the location, service and quality Astoria set the bar incredibly high and for someone who considers themselves to have a vacation I would highly recommend this place.

Really liked the rooftop with the infinity pool and bar, the staff were super smiling and pleasant to talk to, the staffs looked clean and well groomed, the restaurant was beautiful The less positive is that the shower could have been cleaner , the food was ok , nothing really bad but just on a low standard which was still ok for the price we paid, plus I take it as normal in Philippine, I couldn’t really expect them to cook western food like Michelin star restaurant. Overall a very nice stay and certainly a great value.

Spent two nights here after returning from an island hopping tour in El Nido. Large clean rooms with strong aircon, a reasonably sized bathroom, and good bed. Located in a barangay away from downtown, there isn't much in the area other than sari sari stores and occasional street food vendors. Water cooler outside for drinking water, but the pool and bakery were both closed for our stay. Airport shuttle was quite expensive at 500 pesos for two persons.

The resort is really huge! They own a farm beside the resort itself. Interesting because they promote farm to table food. The pool? Magnificent. They also have different amenities inside the resort. Their rooms are very cozy. Sheridan is actually near the Underground river :D

I have to start with how thankful I am for the excellent customer service. They were very professional and accommodating, a very good representation of the warm hospitality that Filipinos are known for. From the very start of my booking to our actual stay, Ms Cherry and her team were attentive to our requests. From the guards and tourist guide (sir jimmy) we were very pleased on how they treated us. We celebrated our special anniversary here, and my partner and I are very happy! Although the amenities need a bit of updating, the design of the resort is very classy even its layout is convenient with all the amenities in and out of the space. Aside from the famous underground river, we were also able to walk to and visit the beautiful Mangrove near the resort. The beach here is pristine and clean. The rooms are cozy and spacious. The restaurant ambiance was ok, their service was A+ and their filipino menu is very commendable! We hope many would come and visit this place, and experience Puerto Princesa with this resort.

We had a booking to stay here for 3 nights feb 2023, we stayed in bungalow 11, near the pool, if your on your terrace and number 10 is occupied there is no privacy, I would suggests 2 privacy bamboo screens on all accommodation The room is basic we 8,942.27 plus tax peso which is around £136 plus tax for 3 nights so you can’t be too hard but things could be improved At the bar / restaurant area there is not much atmosphere, should be a focal point for guests to mingle and share there experiences, gym area is a adequate We got a bike ride to rizal avenue which is great only 100 peso the staff can call one for you The pool area is ok but with a big wall next to it and no snacking / drinking area we didn’t use it The room is basic but adequate for a few nights, there is nothing around the immediate area the beach with is very close is awful don’t go We ended up Leaving a day earlier to go to another resort they offer airport pickup which was 300 pesos and very well organised in the van, trip takes 10 minutes We had breakfast i had the omelette which was nice,

We did not want to leave this place! From our travels across the Philippines, this was by far, one of the loveliest hotels we’ve stayed in. It’s small but perfect. It’s clean, the room décor is lovely and super cosy! The bathroom was lovely, we did have a broken shower, but it was fixed within minutes of us reporting it. The food in the restaurant was tasty, alongside this, so we’re the cocktails. We were lucky that the hotel was fairly quiet when we stayed, and we spent most evenings having the pool to ourselves. The best asset of this hotel was the staff! Jayanne was our knight in shining armour, she was unbelievably helpful in answering all our questions and sorting our laundry out for us. Another outstanding member of the reception team was Kath, who was equally as helpful. Jan was our main server in the restaurant and it’s obvious he put a lot of care and attention into his work, both he and Jay were extremely lovely and attentive. This hotel also has a fantastic location, it’s only a 15-minute walk from a main shopping centre but our favourite day was walking towards a little local beach through the village, it was bliss and worth a walk if you stay here. As the hotel is set back from the main road, there’s no heavy traffic passing by. The only absolute downside I could advise on staying here is that next door, the neighbour was farming cockerels (for the fighting season), I don’t know if this was a temporary sport, or he has them all year round, but they were SO loud! And when they made any noise, so did all the local dogs. It genuinely didn’t ruin our stay, but it did become our alarm early each morning. Other than that, this hotel was practically perfect, we would love to come back!

Location was lil bit far from the center the service was good but there’s no amenities. So fast internet quite place it’s fine to stay there.
