Hotel is so pretty and the view is stunning when you open the door. Matera is one of my favourite cities in Italy. Worth to stay at this hotel when visiting Matera and then you must be impressed by the city atmosphere. Next time I will stay at least for 2 nights to explore the city. What’s more, hotel staff introduced us one nearby restaurant which was so yummy. Thanks so much for her recommendation.

這次入住體驗實在太棒了，必須全五星好評！ 首先，酒店的硬件設施就讓人驚喜。房間非常寬敞，是我們歐洲之行見過最大的標間，完全不像有些歐洲酒店那樣侷促。而且所有設施都很新，打掃得一塵不染，住着非常舒適安心。 我們訂了三間房，其中一間需要雙床。前台小姐姐發現後，立刻主動協調幫我們換好，效率超高，服務貼心。 早餐種類豐富，尤其要贊一下咖啡，非常好喝！酒店的全體員工服務都值得稱讚，特別是前台經理 Valerio。他不僅妥善處理了我們在店的所有需求，還熱情地為我們推薦了旅遊路線和當地藝術展，更幫忙安排了從馬泰拉到那不勒斯的包車，服務周到得超乎想象！ 這次入住因為酒店的硬件和Valerio這樣專業的員工而變得格外難忘。如果再來，這裏絕對是唯一選擇！

This was our second time staying at this hotel. We specifically came to Mateta for one night from the Salerno area to enjoy the spa and dinner. As always it did not disappoint! The junior suite room was spectacular. The spa was amazing. The a massages were amazing. The restaurant they recommended for dinner was delicious. The staff is great. Left looking forward to our next trip back! See you soon Gattini!

我們選擇了採石場度家村，非常正確，有車的話，提前一天預定停車位，然後有專人來接我們，到達酒店，一看非常漂亮，房間裏整潔明亮，窗外的景色驚訝，好美，酒店所有服務人員非常perfect，幫我拿行李的服務員熱情，晚上我們在酒店用餐，吃到了美味可口的食物，特別感謝為我們服務的員工，因為有他們的服務，我們非常開心滿意，第二天早上我們在酒店用早餐，服務人員的服務讓我們又一次感到十分舒適，是家很棒的酒店，絕對是五星標準，我們下次一定再會來住的

A Timeless Gem in Maratea From the moment we arrived, we were warmly welcomed and instantly felt at home. The property is stunning—spacious, beautifully maintained, and full of charm. We especially loved the private rocky beach with crystal-clear turquoise water—a rare find. The hotel carries a vintage 50s–60s vibe but is well-updated for comfort. Though we didn’t get to use it this time, the tennis court was a nice bonus. Overall, a peaceful, elegant retreat that we can’t wait to return to. There was a small miscommunication about sunscreen availability at the beach club—we were charged ( 59 euro for the sunscreen) at checkout without prior notice- as we thought they provide sunscreen when we asked for it at the beach. ( lost in translation 😛) It didn’t affect our experience, but clearer communication would have been appreciated. Staff were lovely, warm, and helpful throughout. A true hidden gem—highly recommended for a relaxed, upscale getaway.

Struttura molto particolare, pulita e bella, ma il servizio da 5* non esiste: -Abbiamo dovuto chiamare per organizzare il parcheggio dell’auto e nessuno rispondeva, siamo stati richiamati. -arrivati all’hotel abbiamo richiesto la possibilità di fare un massaggio di coppia nella spa ( dal sito si percepiva fosse all’interno dell’hotel invece è convenzionata presso altro hotel) siamo riusciti a prenotare solamente alla sera per il giorno successivo nonostante la nostra pressione. -alle ore 19 si chiede la possibilità per bere un drink presso l’hotel e la risposta è negativa giustificata dall’inizio orario cena - colazione non da hotel a 5*, poco personale per richieste bevande calde

GGuest UserI recently stayed at the Aquatio Cave Luxury Hotel and Spa in Matera, and it was an unforgettable experience. The rooms are carved out of historic caves, offering a unique and enchanting atmosphere that blends modern luxury with ancient charm. The location is perfect, nestled within the Matera Sassi UNESCO World Heritage site, providing easy access to the city’s main attractions. The hotel’s amenities are top-notch. I particularly enjoyed the spa facilities, which include a sauna, hammam, and a heated indoor pool. The staff were incredibly professional and attentive, ensuring that all my needs were met with a smile. The cleanliness of the rooms and common areas was impeccable, adding to the overall comfort of my stay. One minor downside was the cost of some extras, which felt a bit high. Additionally, while the cave-themed rooms are stunning, they might not be for everyone due to the unique layout and lighting. Despite these small issues, the overall experience was exceptional, and I would highly recommend this hotel to anyone looking for a luxurious and unique stay in Matera.

WWendyshuijingWe chose the quarry Dujia Village. It was very correct. If there is a car, book a parking space one day in advance, and then a special person will pick us up and arrive at the hotel. It is very beautiful. The room is clean and bright. The scenery outside the window is amazing. It is beautiful. All the service staff of the hotel are very perfect. The waiter who helped me with my luggage was enthusiastic. We ate at the hotel in the evening and had delicious food. Special thanks to the staff who served us. Because of their service, we were very happy and satisfied. The next morning we had breakfast at the hotel. The service of the service staff made us feel very comfortable again. It is a great hotel. It is definitely a five-star standard. We will definitely come back next time.
