Location is key as it is the only hotel on the much desired Marina with yachts and boardwalk filled with shops, bars and restaurants It is an older hotel which means rooms are huge and all have balconies. Very clean and staff was very attentive. I opted out of the all inclusive plan. Highly recommend and there is public ocean beach access nearby.

Wonderful facilities. The bed is super comfortable. It’s a destination. More like a 4.5 star hotel than a 4 star. Make sure to check the hotel room type to get an ocean view if possible. Public area is awesome and a destination for locals and tourists.

I had to switch rooms twice because it was either not what I booked/paid for, or because it smelled like cigarettes. The 3rd and final room I stayed in was actually perfect. So I think the cig room was an exception to the norm. Something else that kinda sucked about the place though, was that the windows don’t open, not even a crack. So there’s no fresh air, just recycled air through the entire hotel. The location was perfect, close to the airport. And it was quiet, and nice and dark, my son and I slept really well.

Hotel yang bagus, bersih, ramah kakitangan mempunyai pertunjukan percuma setiap malam pada jam 9 malam tetapi saya tidak menikmati pelbagai kerana hanya penginapan tempatan, pantai tidak jernih air kotor dan di pantai saya ingin bersantai, nikmati sinar matahari untuk mendapatkan tan tempatan datang untuk menjual barang-barang yang sangat menjengkelkan. Yunuen was the best!!! I looked forward to her daily aqua fitness in the pool. Salvador the tennis pro was fantastic!!! Benito at breakfast gave great service!!! Erica who cleaned our room was great!!! Javier the concierge went out of his way to help us!!! This was a wonderful vacation. The best staff and food. Everyone is so accommodating. We needed a week away to relax and this was the best of the best. 5 stars plus

I really enjoyed my stay here. Three nights over the weekend and it was peaceful. Comfy bed and great breakfast. Staff was very helpful with all my needs. Clean room, shower had great water pressure. Close to the Malecon with night market and beautiful cathedral down the street. The church bells were quite charming. View from rooftop allowed me to see cool fireworks! I would definitely stay here again.
