Our experience at this resort was nothing short of distressing, especially as a family traveling with a baby. I booked this place with high expectations, but the internal transport system completely failed us and turned what should have been a relaxing vacation into a nightmare. As a breastfeeding mother, I had gone to the spa for some much-needed relaxation, trusting that the resort’s internal transport would ensure I could return to my baby promptly if needed. Unfortunately, when my baby started crying due to hunger, I could not get back to her in time because the transport service was inefficient and unreliable. My husband, trying his best to get the baby to me, faced an ordeal that no guest should have to endure. He carried the baby in one hand, the stroller and umbrella in the other in heavy rains, repeatedly climbing stairs between the room and the road, waiting for the promised car. Despite numerous calls assuring him a vehicle was on its way, it never arrived. He stood helplessly in the rains, waiting for a service that the resort failed to deliver with a hungry crying baby for more than two hours. This level of mismanagement is unacceptable, especially at a resort that markets itself as family-friendly. It’s not just an inconvenience—it’s a matter of basic care and safety. I urge the management to reassess their internal transportation system and communication processes. Until these issues are resolved, I cannot recommend this resort to anyone, particularly families with young children.
