It is an average stay . Not very good , not very bad. Food was good .

Their online system for room check in was not working. Every time you want to enter the room you will need to find the staff. Washroom basin was logged with water.

The stay was very good and the food was brilliant 👍💯

Hotel Staff was good, Mr.Sangram and team members were good to support. Rooms service staff were helpful in providing me Mobile charger in emergency. Friendly Nature. Reception was quick in allocating rooms and instructed with elegance.

The tarif was very confusing. While asking the enquiry for booking it about 4200 including all benefits and taxes. During check in they revised the tariff for 5200 for the same. Then negotiated for the price but they charged around 4500 without complementary breakfast. Not reliable the booking process.

My recent stay at Ginger Wakad pune very peaceful and good. All staff at this hotel are very helpful and provide quick service. Food is good. Good service by Rita at restaurant and restaurant staff. Housekeeping staff is also good at their work.

The hotel provides a great experience with excellent room service, friendly and attentive staff, especially Madhvi and Swaroop. The rooms are clean and well-maintained, and the food is highly recommended. Its convenient location makes it easy to travel to various places. Overall, a wonderful stay!

Always my first option when visiting Pune. Rooms are spacious enough. Food is ok. Good service from Rita at restaurant. Location is very convenient and staffs are very friendly and very well maintains cleanliness.......................

Disappointing Stay at Ginger Hotel, Wakad Pune" I have stayed at Ginger Hotel Wakad Pune several times, but my recent experience was extremely disappointing. To begin with, I requested a dental kit in the morning, and it took them 45 minutes to deliver it. This kind of delay is unacceptable, especially for such a basic request. During breakfast, I noticed that there were many broken plates being used at the counter, which is both unhygienic and unprofessional. Furthermore, the food service was not up to the mark—a clear decline in quality compared to my previous stays. This stay was far from the standard I had come to expect from this hotel. I hope the management takes these issues seriously and improves their service quality.

Room service is very good by two gentlemen named SK Obaidulla and Balaji at ginger hotel pune wakad. They are good and soft spoken person and talking respectfully to the guests and very good at their work.covering up all the cleaning and maintenance.
