It is an average stay . Not very good , not very bad. Food was good .

Their online system for room check in was not working. Every time you want to enter the room you will need to find the staff. Washroom basin was logged with water.

The stay was very good and the food was brilliant 👍💯

Hotel Staff was good, Mr.Sangram and team members were good to support. Rooms service staff were helpful in providing me Mobile charger in emergency. Friendly Nature. Reception was quick in allocating rooms and instructed with elegance.

We arrived hotel at night were very tired the receptionist sneha was so helpful she completed the checkin process to smoothly and didn't make us wait for long time also room she gave us so comfortable and clean it was a good experience……………..

From the fatigue of late-night travel to the instant comfort of our room, Sneha made our arrival a dream. Her seamless check-in and the pristine, welcoming room were a testament to her exceptional service. We couldn't have asked for a better welcome.

Stay was comfortable with this hotel............ All the staff was polite and friendly with rye guest they were having good communication skilll.......... Rooms were clean......... Restaurant was clean and foods were tasty.........

I stayed with my parents for 1 night.......at the time of check-in we met sneha and anjali they both were looking gorgeous........they were having good communication with guest with polite tone.... Also the checkin process was smoothly handled by them.

It was comfortable guest with ginger wakad with having rates of rooms ...... Receptionist sneha and pinki were politely speaking with all the guest .....also the we ordered pomfret fry which was having a good taste .....hotel was clean...

We liked the stay .........all the staff was awesome..... .....they were so polite with guest......also the food given by the restaurant was too delicious I like the foooddd........also the hotel was clearly kept and well managed by the stafff

It was terrible experience. They allotted smoking room. I had given some instruction while booking, they did spoil everything and nothing offered I asked for. Rooms are very small and not value for money. For this money, one can easily stay in 4 star or other good franchise.

Hospitality is very good,Food is delicious, Specifically thai style curries and hyderabad chicken curries chef nailed it.The way of serving partners inside dining well mannered and their approach is so good.Overall it's worth for money which we are spending there.Its my 6th business trip stay in the same hotel even I have many options to choose hotel in portal I have preferred Ginger.Worth to chose❣️ Rooms are somewhere it's quite small which I have felt but it's enough for business trips stay✌️
