Excellent reception, tasty and healthy food, hygienic spa, nice decor. We found staff very friendly and helpful. Few minor areas of improvement required. For example Room lock was defective, in room service food came without spoon and fork. Didn't face much problem due to supportive staff.

Good space, clean room.. Basic amenities (only soaps and towels) . It was ok for the price and last minute booking. Great location, really pleasant and clean rooms, the food hall was spacious but some funny smell. The thing that makes this a good place to stay is location. Also, staff was helpful and courteous with their time and advice. Food was good spread of North and South Indian cuisine.

Excellent location but the hotel cleanliness and maintenance is not good. The phone in the room did not work and they could not fix it in-spite of reminders.

Great for small trip with family, ola are available for City travel. Food and cleaness is perfect! Surely an accor property is known for it.

Really enjoyed my time at the Oakwood residence. The staff are friendly and very helpful with suggesting local restaurants, spas and assisting with any arrangements that are required. The rooms are clean and have all the necessities for a long term guest. The room service and breakfast are also amazing. I would highly recommend this hotel especially if you are staying for a longer period of time.

Mariott Suites is one of the best hotel I have ever stayed .Rooms are really good and excellent .Staffs are very polite and available for support whenever we require. We really feel comfortable staying here. They have special sessions for kids during the weekends. For this I really appreciate and thank Kristie for her initiative and excellent support. Her customer service is commendable.. Also thank Prathiksha for the support given. At the restaurant I thank restaurant staff Pui for her service which is really good and appreciated. .
