Hotel Punta Arenas dengan Bar

The service was great and professional. We stayed only for 2 nights to go on the boat tour to the antarctic. I'm really happy towards the end where we checked out but we were allowed to keep our luggages at the hotel while we explored the city for the last time. The young staff, didn't catch his name, was very helpful and assisted us with ordering a 🚕. Only downside would be the carpet in the room didn't look very clean, but aside from that it was great.

Back again after five years. I had room 807 on the top floor facing the plaza. It had a smallish double glazed dormer window that had seals that were hard, but due to the lack of traffic there was very little traffic noise. A bit of hallway noise due to the gappy door. I found the bed and pillows to be very comfortable. There was a sofa bed in the room but no mattress. Only Chilean PowerPoints in the room with no USB outlets. No kettle, no bottled water, no slippers, no robes. Hotel instructions and information including menus where via a QR code on one wall.  Typical South American buffet breakfast with lukewarm runny scrambled eggs, nice hams and cheese. No bacon or sausages were offered. Average pot coffee. I ordered a poorly made bitter cortado the first morning and it cost $3,000 pesos extra. I had excellent dinners in the beautifully renovated Faro restaurant all three nights of my stay.  One of the great things about this hotel is that there are free MTB bikes available for guests for the limited number of bike paths available.  Would stay again.

Pengangkutan ulang-alik lapangan terbang disediakan dengan dikenakan surcaj (tersedia 24 jam) manakala tempat letak kenderaan sendiri percuma terdapat di tapak hartanah.Selesakan diri anda di salah satu daripada 8 bilik tamu. Katil anda disediakan dengan gebar bulu kapas dan peralatan tempat tidur premium. Akses Internet wayarles percuma disediakan untuk membolehkan anda sentiasa berhubung. Bilik mandi dilengkapkan dengan kelengkapan dandanan diri percuma dan pengering rambut.

Das Personal war sehr nett und hilfsbereit. Der Eingangsbereich, die Bar und das Restaurant waren sehr schön und gut - das Zimmer war etwas kleiner als erwartet und hatte das Fenster in einem Schacht. Das Fitnessstudio bestand aus einer Sammlung (älterer) Sportgeräte, war aber okay, wenn man keine hohen Ansprüche daran hat. Der Wellnessbereich Grenze direkt an den Fitnessbereich, wirkte äußerst ungemütlich und wir hätten pro Person nochmal 20 Dollar zahlen müssen, was sich definitiv gar nicht gelohnt hätte.

Very slow in finding usa room, when showed up before three pm, the scheduled time of checkin. Whenarrived just before 3pm, we were not given room. Whilst waited infront of the reception, I notcied that another customer was able to get room instantly.
