Chambre super. Lit très confortable. Très propre. Salle de bain parfaite. Avantage distributeur de boissons chaudes gratuites . Isolation nickel on n'entend pas le bruit de la route. Seul petit bémol le parking est toujours plein. Pas facile pour se garer.

We enjoyed our room which had a balcony although no seating. We did not notice noise from the busy street. The breakfast room had a lovely buffet and the bar area was cosy and enjoyable. Front desk staff were helpful in locating restaurants and showing us where everything was on a map. Our only downside was the parking stall designated to us was very, very tight for our rental vehicle. Overall we enjoyed the hotel.

It was a good location where is walkable from bus station. It was pleasant to walk down the hill to the museum.

A nice clean and comfortable hotel in a great location within walking distance of old town Donostia/San Sebastián. Friendly staff were welcoming and helpful. The room layout (bed placed oddly at an angle), decor and emphasis on being ”heterofriendly” was a bit amusing. I was upgraded to a room with a pleasant balcony (mucho gracias!). Overall very good value for money in a great location!

Aangenaam appartement in een rustige buitenwijk met vriendelijke receptie. In de buurt is een supermarkt, koffiesmaak en een goede bar/restaurant. Ook is het vervoer naar het centrum eenvoudig met bus 38 (uitstappen 1e halte na t complex) of metro. Daarnaast is het complex wat lawaaig (contact geluiden en slaande deuren), werkt het appartement niet als appartement, want geen keukenspullen. Ook wordt er niet schoongemaakt en zijn er zeepjes etc. De laatste kwesties hoeven niet onoverkomelijk te zijn en dan is de prijs-kwaliteit verhouding goed. Wel vraag ik.me af hoe t met de lawaaiigheid is wanneer de studenten weer terug zijn.

La habitación es muy bonita, moderna, bien equipada, las camas COMODISIMAS, una ducha acristalada muy chula, las toallas muy suaves y absorbentes, secador de pelo ”real” (no el tubo ese sin potencia que suelen ofrecer otros hoteles), con un cartelito en el que se indica que si necesitas plancha alosadora, o cualquier ”ameniti” te lo proporcionan en recepción sin coste adicional. El personal super amable, bien comunicado y con un gran parking. El desayuno no demasiado variado pero es muy completo y de gran calidad. El zumo de naranja es recién exprimido de la máquina (no es de polvitos) y el jamón serrano era ibérico. También ofrecían leche de avena, que en pocos sitios la tienen y me pareció un puntazo. La cafetera a pesar de ser de cápsulas ofrece un café muy rico sin ser el ”aguachirri” que te sueles encontrar en los hoteles. Personalmente nos encantó. Nos dejaron dos postales y una nota de bienvenida con una botella de agua .Lo recomendamos y si volvemos a Donosti no dudaremos en repetir.

Hotel con instalaciones muy nuevas y ubicación buena. A 20 min andando al museo Guggenheim y 20 min al casco antiguo. Atención muy amable del servicio, con un detalle de bienvenida muy agradable. Cama y ducha muy correctas, gel de ducha con olor cítrico muy bueno. Gimnasio pequeño pero muy funcional.

Sería una casualidad, pero nos encontramos con la chica de la limpieza en el ascensor y ni buenos días, en recepción si no dices hola, tampoco saludan. Respecto al hotel, un poco caro para ser un tres estrellas, habitación pequeña, y el hotel en general un poco descuidado. El desayuno caro para un tres estrellas.

El hotel esta céntrico, limpio, nuevo... En ese sentido está muy bien pero nos pusieron en habitación para discapacitados, el armario era muy bajo y no podías colgar nada largo, la ducha era con cortina y se te pegaba al ducharte aparte de que se inundaba. La recepcionista, muy agradable y amable nos pidió disculpas y nos dijo que no había ninguna más libre y que en ese hotel la habitación de discapacitados era considerada habitación normal.

グロス地区にはなりますが、旧市街地まで歩いて10分ちょいになりますので立地は良いです！バル巡りの途中に疲れたらホテルに戻ってお昼寝したりもできました。旧市街地のホテルより安く、たくさん食べるので、そこまで歩くのも運動になり私にとってよかったです。ホテルの周りはレストランやバーがたくさんあり、夜でも賑やかなので女1人でも治安の心配はなしでした。 ホテルは広くて清潔で本当に過ごしやすかったです。 アメニティは歯ブラシ、櫛、紙コップ、1日目だけボトルのお水をいただきました。シャワーの水圧強め、ドライヤーの風力も強めはかなりポイント高いです。 唯一のマイナス点は冷蔵庫がないことくらいですかね。。 ホテルの受付の方も感じがよく、本当に良い滞在になりました。 とってもコスパがいいホテルです。またサンセバスチャンに来ることがあればお世話になろうと思います！

San Sebastián is a great place and Zenit Convento hotel is conveniently located, minutes away from the beach and old town. The facilities in the room are good and the decor neutral and modern. The room we were given (1st floor) looked out onto residential apartment blocks. When we checked in, we were not informed that noisy building work to these properties would be going on during our stay. (I attach views from our room) We did mention this to reception and they apologised. Had I known about either of these I would have requested a room facing away from this awful outlook. We chose Zenit Convento because it had the benefit of a rooftop pool. The pool was closed for the whole week of our stay. The notice stated they were carrying out tests. This too was discussed with reception and they said they were sorry but in fact it didn’t open until the end of June. I cannot find anywhere on their website where this is mentioned and we found this to be misleading and frustrating. Breakfast was a chaotic experience from the very first morning. The table we were given on our first day was missing cutlery and butter. Staff were often not around or too busy to respond to requests or rectify mistakes. I ordered an omelette but was given scrambled egg. I asked for this to be changed. They took it away and then came back with the same plate and told me this was an omelette. Trying to explain that it wasn’t to someone who spoke limited English was difficult. Subsequent days were similar, long waits to get table service, items missing from the table. It was only on day 3 that we realised that a menu in English was available. No one had bothered to offer this to us. As a consequence, despite already having paid to have breakfast included, we decided on our last 2 days to have breakfast in the Taberna Blas opposite the hotel. The evening opening times for the bar are not clear. Sometimes it would still be open beyond 11pm sometimes it would not. We came back to the hotel at 11pm one evening and there were people sitting in the bar with drinks but no staff behind the bar. There were 2 members of staff on reception. We asked them if we could order 2 coffees. They said sorry the bar is closed and the staff have gone home. What are the opening and closing times and why can’t they be consistent and displayed. When we checked in we had 2 bottles of water in our room. We assumed therefore that water was provided free of charge throughout our stay as it is in the gym. When we checked out I was surprised to find water had been charged to our bill. I raised this and was told that only the first 2 bottles are free. This again is misleading and inconsistent. We travel extensively in Europe and rarely are we charged for still water in our room. With a room rate of €400 per night it should be included as part of the room package. I did raise many of these issues with restaurant / reception during my stay. The response was generally that they were sorry but that was it. The ma

This hotel delivers and at an amazing affordable price. Great venue. Great staff. Beautiful rooms. Great food. I cannot fault it at all. Location superb and underground secure parking and absolute bonus. I have stayed here twice before and will definitely stay again!

Sercotel Jauregui is a modern hotel in the centre of Hondarribia. There are signs to the hotel as you enter the town, so it is easy to find. There was also ample parking at the front of the hotel to allow us to unload our luggage and book in. As parking can be difficult in Hondarribia however, I booked the hotel’s private parking which is just around the corner in an underground car park. It was easy to find and the spaces are a good size. Our room on the first floor was modern and well-appointed and, as it is a corner room, it also felt very light and cool. As I’ve already said, the hotel is centrally located and is adjacent to Calle San Pedro, which is the Main Street in town for bars etc. The promenade is just a couple of minutes walk and the wonderful old town is an easy 10 minute stroll. Breakfast was top class and in addition to the normal Continental selection of fruit, cold meats, cheeses etc., you could have tortilla or (and even better) decent bacon and perfectly cooked scrambled eggs. Throughout our stay all members of staff were pleasant and helpful and we would certainly use this hotel again.

去年バルセロナのSercotel Hotelに泊まりよかったので今回はサンセバスチャンのSercotel Hotelを選びました。場所はサンセバスチャンのバスターミナルからも歩いて行ける距離、そして観光にも便利で旧市街までも歩いて10分くらいの場所でとても便利でした。(コンチャ湾もすぐ！朝早起きしてウォーキングにも最適) 大通りに面していないので静かです。ホテルは建物が古いので仕方がありませんが、隣の部屋のドアを開ける音、足音などは結構響きました。あと床も傾いていました(笑) 部屋自体はキレイに掃除はされていて快適に過ごすことができました。　　無料のペットボトルの水、アメニティー(歯ブラシ、ガウン、ブラシ、スリッパなど)はなかったです。　シャワーのお湯、水圧などはよかったです。バスタブのお湯はりもすぐにできました。　朝食は食べませんでしたが14€ぐらいで当日でも食べれるようでした。　またサンセバスチャンに来た時にはリピしたいホテルです。

It is such a nice and luxury Spa hotel. Room is very well designed and comfy. Everything you need is in the room, kettle, fridge etc. Hotel has a Spa, Gym and swimming pool. Spa is not free but Gym and swimming pool is free. If you want to stay in San Sebastián but a bit farther from city center this is perfect place for you.

Todo fue perfecto. Las habitaciones son súper cómodas y modernas, el personal súper atento y el desayuno que teníamos incluido un 10!! Incluso teníamos agua gratis en la habitación. Muy recomendable!!

We checked into this hotel after leaving another local hotel two nights early in disgust (the Occidental). We couldn't have been more pleased at our decision to do so, the difference between these two hotels was like night and day. Beautiful and peaceful room with a full wet-room effect shower. Super comfortable bed. Fabulous roof terrace with great cocktails and delicious snacky food options. Highly recommended the Jamon Croquettas. We had room service on our last night. Although the options weren't extensive, the food was spectacular and with great portion sizes, especially on the sides. Very friendly helpful staff. Thank you, Radisson Bilbao.

We had a very comfortable stay in Hotel Carlton. It’s my third time to stay there. The location is fantastic. The whole experience is special. The rooms are very spacious and the bed extremely comfortable. Tea & coffee making facilities in the room are very much appreciated. The little bar is nice for a nightcap after a night out. I’ll certainly stay again

The hotel boasts an excellent location with easy access to various tourist attractions. The rooms are clean and comfortable, with attentive and warm service. The breakfast offers a wide variety of delicious options. It provides great value for money, making it ideal for both family and business travelers. I will definitely choose to stay here again on my next trip.

Enjoyed our stay. Lovely welcome. We were able to request early check in at 1000 for 25€ which I thought was great value. Room was very clean, good size, with bath and lovely towels. Breakfast was a clear 10/10. Eggs to order, very fresh produce, fantastic home made pastries, freshly squeezed orange juice and excellent selection of juices and coffees. Location next to San Mamés is within walking distance to main attractions in the city however it is also adjacent to transport hub which is perfect. We purchased Barik card at airport, which I’d highly recommend. Direct bus from airport to hotel and card allows half price travel on all public transport. We also visited coastal towns, including visit to hanging bridge, harbours and beaches and loved the location of the hotel which also has many bars and restaurants nearby. The hotel terrace,( although bar there is closed low season) , is still available to take your own drinks and enjoy the view…we were very lucky with temps in the 30s in March. No complaints at all. Excellent stay.

Amazing stay for San Sebastián. Older Victorian style villa converted for boutique hotel use. Excellent concept and room! Cleaning staff was thorough and all staff was amazing and helpful. Didn’t spend much time on the property but no need as the city itself is amazing.
