Food was god awful. Disgusting.

靠譜不踩雷全包酒店 餐廳裏的飯都不錯 酒店本身很好但通過攜程訂的話不出問題沒事，一出問題就找不到人能幫忙解決了，攜程跟酒店相互踢皮球。比如我們因為航空原因晚到 攜程不給往後延一天入住 等我們到酒店住完走的時候酒店都説如果是直接跟酒店訂的可以給延。攜程不給延期也不給退款

聖誕假期和朋友去的，選擇的理由是這家酒店相對比較新，按照度假酒店的標準，還算是可以的，全包價其實包含的比較少，攜程上寫的許多免費項目，到了酒店都需要自費，服務還是不錯的，酒店的食物也很贊，整體來説除了貴沒毛病

還是不錯，酒店人不是很多，這樣，菜品服務都還不錯

環境很美，很高大尚，酒店房間舒服

The facilities are beautifully designed and well cared for. The staff was warm and friendly and helpful and the resort’s restaurants, pools and other facilities were all high quality.

Hands down one of the best resorts I’ve stayed at in Punta Cana. The staff were super friendly and helpful, the amenities were great and the food was great.

Aqua fuego suite was amazing with the private pool. Property was very serene and quiet. Never any trouble finding seats poolside regardless of what time you went out to the main pool. The aqua private beach area was clean and quiet with private bar. Perfect resort for a relaxing quiet getaway.

Live Aqua was great. The staff was friendly and accommodating. I wish the lunch buffet was offered during the week. I wasn’t a big fan of the restaurants, but the Japanese hibachi was great.

Second time to this resort. We were treated like royalty. Just superb service. We will go back again.

Perfect size not too big not too small, beautifully decor and landscaping and really nicely laid out. Great restaurants and buffet all nicely decorated. The food was above average much of it quite good and beautifully presented. Huge buffet area kept up immaculately with tons of choices for breakfast and lunch. Two other restaurants for lunch one on the beach the other overlooking the main pool area also very good. There is an outdoor bar area and seating also for snacks and lunch. We never got to the sports bar which is an all day option and a coffee shop which is a grab and go with many beverages, pastries sandwiches and ice cream. The staff was awesome with stylish uniforms super accommodating and friendly. We had a basic room and it was huge. Two queen size beds large bathroom area, tons of closet space, coffee fridge, table chairs and a huge terrace with a jacuzzi tub, sleeping mattress and more chairs. Five pools, four of which were on the quieter side and one larger one with a swim up bar. Lots of areas outside and inside to hang out. We wanted a total mindless chill vacation and we had that. The only issue would be there is a huge construction project on the one side fortunately there was no activity when we were there. Our room was facing a resort on the other side which was vacant and I’m assuming at some point there will be construction there also but for now was super quiet. I can’t think of anything that we would change it was exactly what we were hoping for.

Our stay at Live Aqua did its job, provided a place for us to relax on vacation. We were a little disappointed in the location on the beach, as well as our view from our swim up suite. It was advertised to have a Jacuzzi tub as part of our private pool but there was no way to warm the water or turn on the jets. Additionally the in room mini bar was sub par at best.

Beautiful property and the staff is wonderful. We had an amazing stay and highly suggest the swim up room. Food was good, overall a great getaway for my wife and I

Eric and Danielito were FANTASTIC. You've won the lottery if you get them as your butlers. The resort is beautiful and quiet. The food is great. All of the staff is kind, friendly and helpful. We will definitely be back! Stay away from the "welcome breakfast." That is my only complaint. They are trying to sell you a timeshare and they are pretty aggressive about it when you try to say no.
