Hotel excelente, estrutura fantástica, funcionários atenciosos, o melhor hotel e ****** de punta!!!

Excelente todo, el servicio, las instalaciones y el personala( salvo la chica encargada del Check out , a la cual le faltan tener mejore modos para atender.-

Chegamos ao hotel às 15:20 e o quarto foi liberado somente próximo às 16 horas. 1 dia antes da saída fiz pedido de 1 hambuguer para minha filha e não foi autorizado, segundo a recepcionista eu teria de descer e passar novamente o cartão, pois não teriam garantia do pagamento.... Depois de muito custo "abriram uma exceção ".....

O hotel tem diversas acomodações, como piscina, spa, quadras, restaurante e o principal que é o Cassino. Está de frente para a praia, ótima localização. Excelente atendimento, em todos os idiomas. O café da manhã possui bastante variedades

Ameiiii de Paixao ! Não tem nada ruim, salvo os travesseiros . Precisando melhorar . Mas, no geral o melhor de Punta.

Hotel muito bonito com todas a comodidades de um resort mas muito antigo, parado no tempo e precisando de reformas nos quartos. Muitas opções no cafe mas nada muito bom, não vale o preço se não for usar o cassino.

Weirdest breakfast buffet. All you can eat BUT everything behind windows and 1 person serving. No covid restrictions, nobody wearing masks even the person serving the buffet. Great view Room was ok not modern My duvet was dirty Overall ok

In the restaurant Las Brisas , for breakfast, lunch and dinner , is dirty because is full o birds and is poop in the chairs floor, I think this is terrible, every morning we need to check the chairs before set, is very sorry, because everything in the hotel was very not

We arrived at the hotel and spent 40 minutes to check in, something unpresentable and unprofessional. There was only one employee at the ffront desk checking in and another 5 checking out. According to the person who registered us, he gave as an excuse that there was a convention. Obviously none of that matters to me because the hotel is not paid for by any convention, I pay for it. All the people who wanted to register complained at the front desk. In any case, an employee cannot waste 20 minutes or more with each person who must register. Every year I visit this hotel and every time I see it more deteriorated, they are going to have to work hard to get it up. A pity because it is the most important hotel in Punta del Este.
