When booking the hotel failed to advise that the pool was closed for maintainace for the entire 3 days booking. We booked this hotel specifically for the pool and paid more than we would normally pay because we wanted a pool

The service here is good and the people are very friendly and helpful. At the restaurant the waiters were very helpful specifically Abhimanyu, Subhadra, Purnachandra , Balram , Abhishek, Swagita are friendly answer to all our queries. We are much happy and satisfied. Overall it's a great stay and the ambience are calm

Clean, hospitable, food average and costly, pet friendly, sea view was good from rooms, smiling employees. Rooms are Not wheelchair accessible, have to climb a few steps to access lift. small Swimming pool available. Limited Parking available in front of Hotel on road. Sea is just across the road very very close.....that's the best part. Location: beside Lighthouse Out of 5 would rate 4 Overall good experience

Thanks for the exceptional services during our stay, we are so happy as it was our first stay at Prabhupada, we were greeted so nicely upon arrival served delicious drinks too. Room was having a splendid view of the sea from the bed, new luxurious room. Service was top notch staffs are hospitable and friendly, they helped my father every time with the help of wheel chair, caring and supportive staffs were made our stay a comfortable one.

The hotel is very apt for family visit to Jaganath puri, Rooms was spacious and sea facing. The ambience was kept clean and tidy. The morning breakfast buffet was served hot and delicious and was refilled as when needed. We had our dinner at the premises and it was made delicious, I would like to give a shout out to the chef the tiger prawns dish was yummy.. We had coordinated with Bishnu and Biswajit for booking and for siteseeing and they made this effortless for me and provided a excellent service. Housekeeping n waiters were very polite and friendly My next visit to Puri will surely come back to Prabhupada. Hare krishn

We had booked this hotel directly over phone, and got good cooperation from the reception. Boarded 206 room no, the sea view is from the side. The hotel has a cute little swimming pool and a small outdoor lawn for evening tea. The room was ok, we found the rate to be little on the higher side taking consideration of upholstery, balcony and bathroom, toiletaries facilities. Service quality is very good, restaurant was very good , staffs are very cordial. They also assisted us with cab for airport. Easy access to temple (150/-), swargadwar(50/-) in toto. Location is just NXT to light house.

(4) The rooms and washroom are extremely clean. The housekeeping staff and gate keeping staff will go out of their way to help you . (5) Very nice welcoming done by Reception staffs , front desk staffs are so friendly and caring . We enjoyed a peaceful holiday in this place.

Have been visiting this property for quitefew years now and it never fails to keep up to our expectations ambience and overall atmosphere, staff behavior, staffs were very cordial and welcoming. We loved the property especially sea view rooms and fine dine restaurant. Food quality 5* and seems to be little overpriced. We are going to be back with the entire family once again.

This was a lovely experience despite the extremely busy work schedule while i visited kolkata, was glad to see familiar faces at hotel front desk, not only they remember me and they were so kind and welcoming. Food served at thier restaurant was so delicious especially the morning breakfast was just awesome. Our room was well cared and maintained by housekeeper, all the amenities were provided in day to day basis with utmost care. All the staffs from Security to Housekeeping alongwith restaurant staffs were so good at service and welcoming.
