The service crew and chambermaids are friendly and helpful. I like the self service washer and dryer. Breakfast is decent. The location is good with a street nearby packed with street food, eateries, convenience stores and shops. The only discomfort is there are some smokers moving about in the hotel at times.

Location is great, lots of shops around, but it is just beside the main road, so it will a bit noisy during night.

Compared with some Hanting hotels I have stayed in, there is only one pillow, no robot food delivery service, and no book bar in the lobby.

The most unsatisfactory stay experience. The non-smoking room smelled very strong, and I, a smoker, couldn't stand the smell. The toilet had obvious water stains. The most unbearable thing was that the room was right next to the road, the window couldn't be closed, the window size and window frame didn't match, the hardware was not up to standard, there were big trucks on the road at night, and I counted the cars all night. Since it was already past 12 o'clock in the evening, I negotiated with the hotel to change the room, but the hotel said it was full, or I had to check out and find another hotel. I hope the hotel owner can stay in such a room for a few nights to experience it.
