Ulasan Ramada Hotel & Suites by Wyndham Gangwon Pyeongchang

I was thoroughly impressed with this room and hotel. There weren’t many pictures available of the room I chose but it did not disappoint. Spacious and the beds were so comfortable. The amount of restaurants to eat at, the convenience store, and amenities on the property were incredible!

Overall an efficient and satisfactory hotel for both business and family’s vacation purposes

The hotel was nice despite the fact that it's quite far and secluded from other place. The service was good too. We had a decent stay here. The price is cheaper compared to the ones at alpensia and yongpyong resort.

The accommodation is good for family with kids, pets friendly and have alpaca farm walking distance Good food and arcade for teens We are for the second time here and we will be back !

The check-in experience was disappointing. The front desk receptionist was rude, unfriendly, and impatient. As tourists who are not familiar with public transport online ticketing, we needed assistance, but the staff was not helpful. Better customer service and support for international guests are needed.

When we entered the room, there was an unpleasant smell. Toiletries were not provided, and parking was also limited.

Its a very clean and cozy place to stay, 10 minutes from the ski resort. I reccomend it.

Location was really great, in the heart of pyeongchang. There are lots of restaurants and services in the vicitniy. The basement has a convenience store, restaurants as well as play area for kids. It is a big hotel. We stayed for 2 nights and the first night we got two single beds. We wanted a single queen bed and requested to change for the second night and was granted the change easily. Carpark space is also available. Good stay. Only thing lacking is they don’t provide toothbrush but you can easily purchase that from the convenience store.

The staff does not speak English nor do they try to help. It was quite disappointing. Not recommended if you are expecting some help, you will be required to translate your words and show them for them to try and help you

Very comfortable and relaxing to stay on a short vacation. No need to go outside,theres a lot of restaurant to dine in. All in all i super enjoy my stay.

I had a pleasant stay at Ramada Hotel & Suites by Wyndham Gangwon Pyeongchang. The hotel is located in a quiet area, perfect for a relaxing and peaceful stay. The room was spacious, clean, and warm, which was especially comfortable during winter. Check-in was smooth and the staff were polite and helpful. A great choice for travelers visiting Pyeongchang for snow or ski activities.
