If you're looking for a nice place to escape the world, this is the hotel to be. The location it's in provides easy access to a lot of different activities as well as providing it's own amenities to enjoy.

We were there for my wife birthday, the location was amazing and most of things were great ( we had a minor problems with bed and pillow) but the rest of things were wonderful. front desk staff were very kind and helpful.they sent a beautiful cake along with nice message to our room from hotel management and made a memorable moment for us. The hotel breakfast was perfect as well ,western and Chinese food were available.we recommend this hotel to our friends.

The hotel is quite old but the view is really great and the breakfast has various international various menu.

We enjoyed our stay at the Intercontinental Hotel. It is in walking distance from the lighthouse and you can watch the light show from there or just outside the hotel.

I stayed here for a conference held nearby. What a lovely hotel!!! Amazing lobby, great service, nice clean big room. So comfortable and right on the water. I would stay here again for sure.

The location is perfect, breakfast is the best , although rooms need some renovation but instead it has great staff, Jennifer and Tina were so kind, and I was surprised Wendy who cleans 7th floor was super kind and with good English, if I were the manager of hotel I assign her for front desk that needs proficiency in English

Thumbs up -I must say . Almost all staff is very friendly and helpful. Even the room cleaners is very friendly and helpful. Thumbs up again for the concierge staff as well . I specifically recommend this 海尔洲际酒店宾客关系部的 Ivy 王家旸 and one of the cleaning departments lady which I forget to get her name -(she is new trained - 2 month only ) date 11 jan . Room 1256 . She is very caring and helpful. I was rather upset with the morning breakfast staff - all is so unprofessional. Training shld be mandatory to all the staff . They will rather rude and no respect to guest . I do not wish to explain too much on my unpleasant experiences here .

I really enjoyed my stay here and I will return. As a female solo traveler I felt very safe. The handwritten note from housekeeping was really lovely. This hotel maybe out of the city center but it's so close to the subway and the main train station.

Hotel location is perfect, staff also very kindfull and helpfull but room is very old and not good maintenance. Furnitures and electric swtiches should renewed asap.

Good location with sea view. Room was clean and service was good.

The location is great. Unfortunately, I was unsatisfied with the room service; the food arrived cold.
