We booked 2 x rooms to celebrate my wife's 50th birthday, and the staff went over and above to make our experience as enjoyable as possible. I especially want to mention Ms Lillian Kong, who was very friendly and could speak English very well. She upgraded both our rooms to seaview rooms, which was amazing. We purchased a bundle deal, which included buffet dinner and breakfast, and the food was delicious. This hotel and staff receives our highest ratings!

I love this hotel. Great staff who always have time to help. Delicious breakfast with plenty of options. Fantastic position and great base to explore the area. Super views across the bay.

Very wet very nice stay, it’s a vibrant place, with one of the best food in Qingdao hotels. The people are always very special, and I love to mention Lillian and Dora in reception, and Noah and Jennifer at the concierge that made the stay at Sheraton Qingdao West Cost even better.

A beautiful and well appointed hotel with great food, a convenient location, helpful staff and an amazing view! I hope the pool will be operational before my next visit though.
