This is our 2nd time staying here with good service provided. Staffs are helpful and attentive to hotel guest. Thank you Koala, Hazley & those who was on duty during our stay. Hope all staffs can keep the same services to all guests. Thank you.

Plus points: Reception service staff No. 1 is very friendly and helpful. Moving around town is very convenient as hotel is next to metro. Negative : Though hotel was newly opened but it is located in an old building. My 1st room has a stench smell and I asked for change room. Staff No. 1 follow-up by checking how was my new room. I appreciated it. Floor carpet needs to change as it looks old and dirty.

Good location. Next to Metro station and 15 minute walk to May 4th square. Friendly staff. Free tea and coffee .. and beer when I was there. Excellent hotel in Qingdao.

The hotel is clean and the service is excellent. My sincere gratitude to Haylie and Damon for making my stay a pleasant one. They had kindly safe keep the cake I brought as a gift in the lobby’s fridge and also made sure to keep an eye on my luggage while I went wondering about after check-out. 10/10 would recommend!

As we had arrived before 2:00 pm, the counter receptionists Hailey and Carter upgraded us without extra surcharges, and on the check out date , i was a bit drunk after visiting beer museum , she offered me with anti drunk drink , it really helped, thanks a lot , appreciate your thoughtful response .

This hotel is very near to MRT Station(留山所站）, just 5 min walk, no need to cross road. The room is very clean ,spacious and tidy. Front desk staff are courteous and helpful ,especially the young lady on duty on 25/11/23 night who proactively called in the electrician to help me with my adaptor problem in less than 10 min and the staff 小丽 on 26/11/23 answered my enquiries in details with patience when I checked out . Room cleaners are polite and the breakfast are great ,typical northern chinese food.. The room charges are cheap and really good value for money. I am sure will stay in this hotel again in future trip. Highly recommend to other travellers if they want to visit to QingDao.

The receptionists (Hailey and Sunny) were very friendly and helpful. The room was neat and clean.

Nice and comfy room. All the staff at reception, Damon, Hailey and all their colleagues are very friendly and willing to help in every way. The maids are also very kind and ready to help, all in all a very agreeable stay, I recommend.

Very convenient location near the main subway line. Love the self service laundry. Free breakfast average, but nearby area has many food options

Located within short walking distance from Fushansou metro station exit gate D. Nearby many food outlets. Easy access to most places from the Metro network. Walking distance to Qingdao Olympic Sailing Centre. Hotel appears to be newly renovated from an old building. Breakfast was reasonably good and free self service laundry and dry is provided.
