Perhaps because it's relatively new, the facilities are clean and nice. There are four rooms per building (on the first and second floors), and they're spacious. It would be great for a group to stay in a single building. I wanted to see the Jimogoseong area, so I booked this one. It's quiet, and the Goseong trails are nice to walk along. It's a bit far from downtown, but it's nice to experience the castle in peace. The staff are all incredibly friendly.
