The room was great for families with young kids, kept my two entertained in the room all the time. Location perfect too- direct access to the mall from the sixth floor sky park.
My only complaint is cleanliness. I don’t expect perfection, but there is mold in the bathroom, mold on the bathroom shower slippers, and floor just felt unclean the entire time.
It lacked many things like utensils and dish soap, but everytime we called the front desk they brought it up within 10 minutes. Customer services was great- very nice people.
I would consider going again when I return to Qingdao, but probably would call ahead to guarantee cleanliness.

The location is perfect, a one minute walk from the May Fourth Square and staff is very friendly.
The room was not very clean upon arrival and they barely clean after your arrival (not an issue but first time seeing the bed not made). I had a no window room and it was quite hot despite having the AC on, the staff notified me that they don’t have AC on right now but could bring me a fan if needed.

Perfect location. Neat and clean room. The night view from the room is mersimizing. The caretaker and owner are very helpful and cooperative. Amenities are well provided. 酒店旁邊就是政府大樓。距離五四廣場很近。
酒店人員服務很好，剛進去大堂經理就引導去前台辦理入住。前台小姐姐是兩人負責一個分櫃枱，效率很高，剛辦理完另一位小姐姐就去拿了入住伴手禮，杯裝的青島嶗山茶，進房間就可以自己燒水泡。電梯那邊還有另一位小姐姐按電梯。
剛進房間一會兒，客房部還送來了水果，一個橙子一個蘋果，以及一枚指甲剪。房間裏有小零食，瓶裝礦泉水。毛巾都是消毒過單獨包裝的。
這一連串的服務細節，確實是很貼心呢。這是五四廣場周邊性價比最高的酒店了，不管是硬件軟件都很不錯。
房間和攜程提供的圖片一模一樣。
下次來還住這裏。

The hotel room is spacious and clean. It has a great location about 5 min walk to the train station and the beach. The service was super good, satisfying all the needs of customers. Besides a free good breakfast, they provided afternoon tea for both days even though we stayed only for one night. There is also a free upgrading of room for our next booking. We really enjoyed our stay here. Our room was really spacious and elegantly decorated. The shower was really big as well. We also liked that there was a fridge in the room. Staff was very friendly and helpful. We enjoyed the buffet breakfast as well, very delicious!
The hotel is just next to the metro station and also within walking distance to the waterfront, so it’s very convenient to explore and get around the beautiful city.

PPengguna Tetamu雨天和晴天來的感覺各不相同，非常有幸兩種天氣我都體驗到了，第一天入住的時候正在下雨，圖1-6是雨天的樣子，因為下雨不方便出門，所以在咖啡廳裏待了一下午，風景很不錯。
第二天看到了日出，很美，在房間裏看日出的感覺真的很棒^ - ^而且我特別喜歡太陽出來打在房間裏的感覺，光影很美！
距離嶗山很近，十幾分鍾就到，可以爬山；
早餐很豐盛，但冰美式很難喝🥹嶗山美式是獨特的味道，還可以；但是海鮮火鍋可能真的不太合我的胃口🥹我們內陸人回去狠狠吃肉了……抱歉
值得一提的是衞生大部分地區是乾淨的，但是椅子上有污漬記得清理喔，我沒敢坐…
總的來説是核心競爭力是風景！！！風景真的很美！美到讓我可以忍受這些瑕疵，但是期待做得更好🥹

Huge spacious very clean high-tech room, polite staff, good service. The hotel felt like it was totally new and it was the biggest room I stayed for a cheap price during my stay in Qingdao. Zebra hotel also includes a fitness area (gym) and parking lot, which can accommodate 20 cars. In the peak season, the room rates range from 236 to 500 yuan. Zebra Hotel pays attention to details and allows guests to enjoy the boutique hotel experience. No hotel is complete without a good restaurant, and zebra hotel is no exception. This restaurant provides Chinese and western breakfasts, lunches and diners. It has a good restaurant decorated with southwest style and a private Chinese restaurant that can be enjoyed. Although the restaurant's menu can satisfy any taste, the chef is also very flexible. For example, if you want to taste the best seafood in Qingdao, the chef is always at your service. At zebra Hotel, the owner of the hotel will ensure that everything meets your needs and provides an exclusive experience. Although zebra hotel may not be able to provide the same central location as other accommodation, its personalized service and state-of-the-art facilities make up for this deficiency. The staff were very friendly and we had a good time. We look forward to staying there again.

TthousandmilesI recently had the pleasure of staying at this hotel in Qingdao, and there are some noteworthy aspects to share.
First and foremost, the receptionist displayed exceptional customer service. Our early morning arrival was met with a warm welcome and an unexpected early check-in. This considerate gesture allowed us to freshen up and kick-start our adventure, setting a positive tone for our stay.
During our visit, there was a minor hiccup with housekeeping - a misplaced pair of Nike Air Max shoes. Thankfully, the vigilant receptionist swiftly resolved the issue, locating and returning the missing item promptly. To make amends for the inconvenience, they went the extra mile, offering a small gift and complimentary breakfast coupons as a gesture of goodwill. Such attentiveness to guest needs is truly commendable.
While we chose to explore authentic local cuisine during our trip, bypassing hotel dining, I cannot provide feedback on the food quality or variety.
In terms of location, this hotel scores points for convenience. Taxis are readily available, and it took us just 30 minutes to reach the stunning Laoshan Mountain, a must-visit destination. Additionally, the hotel's proximity to a bustling night market right across the street adds to its appeal.
However, there's room for improvement, notably in the cleanliness department. The bathrooms, in particular, left much to be desired, with an unpleasant odour lingering during our stay. Broken equipment, such as the wardrobe, was also in need of repair. Furthermore, the electric kettle was not up to our cleanliness standards, discouraging its use.
In summary, this hotel offers excellent customer service, convenient access to transportation and local attractions, and a proactive approach to guest satisfaction. However, attention to cleanliness and maintenance, especially in the bathrooms, is an area that could use some enhancement.

RRachelle MaeLocation is great because our intention was to be in the Laoshan District. Might not be easy if most of your plans are in the touristy areas such as the Tsingtao Brewery Museum. Anyway, there is Metro (underground subway) which helped us address that in case we wanted to have a look at downtown. The hotel is a 10 min walk from either Haiyou or Haichuan stations in Line 2.
We’re not so much of a fan of Chinese food for breakfast, so the free breakfast was not fascinating for us. They did have eggs and bread.
There is an elevator to help us carry or luggage all the way to our floors. And the room was neat and clean, and they clean it every time we’re out.

在青島日本領事館へも距離が近いので旅先で困ったことがあっても安心して宿泊することができると思います。
当ホテルから1時間ほどで行けるロウ山の巨峰という区域はとても壮大です。是非行ってみてください✨（観光に訪れる際には崂山风景区游客服务中心という観光センターから出ているバスに乗車する必要があります）

RRE_cyclingWe had an apartment on the 3rd floor. There was some dirt left in the bathroom, the drain was partly clogged by hairs which you dont immediately see, because it is under a cover. Inside the apartment there are stairs leading to a second level but upstairs there is nothing except for an additional bed and no windows.
Its a little unhandy that you need to go to the 9th floor of the neighbouring building to check in.
The view from the main apartment is pretty nice, one can see the sea from the bed! Location is also nice, close to the seafront.
