Ulasan Argyle Resort Hotel (Qinhuangdao Feila Resort Area)

J had a lovely stay at the Argyle resort and the fact that you just need to cross the parking lot to get to the Dongshan Bathing Spot is definitely amazing! There are some tourist attractions close by, but very far from historical sites. The room was ok, but it looked different from the pictures. Probably a bit of mold on the wall or water damage, dirty windows, and a piece of the wardrobe door was broken. Not what I would expect at a resort. The breakfast had so many options, but very few western choices, limited to sliced bread, butter and jam, yogurt, fruits and coffee. The coffee machine always had an issue, but the staff quickly came to fix it. During my stay there, everyday someone complained about the coffee maker. One of the things that I found really nice is that every day they would bring or leave fruit in my room. But on the last day, I was sleeping, and someone came in. She did apologize, but it was weird having someone in your room while you’re there. In terms of amenities, they have everything really! From shower cap to razors. And the blow dryer was really good! Because it was golden week, the staff was overwhelmed with work (lots of guests and weddings) and they didn’t talk about the facilities - gym, pool, hot springs.

We enjoyed a friendly and helpful service. They even upgraded our room. Perfect for a break from the city for fresh sea breeze. Conveniently located close to the beach.

Awesome! I checked in and was escorted to my room. The manager 王泽宇 came up to me a few minutes later. The nice guy who escorted me to my room told 王泽宇 that the room was cold. I hadn't even noticed. The immediately upgraded me to a better room. A little later, they came up to my room with a gift because of Chinese New Year. Excellent service, fantastic room, I would recommend this place to anyone!

酒店房間超出了預期，升級了海景房，能直接看到温泉裏面玩耍的人們，房間隔音還行不吵，也可能還不是暑期的原因吧，走廊裏大聲喊叫房間裏還是能聽到的。酒店有各種房型，我們幾家有園區內景房、帶小院温泉池子的房型還有滿天星空的房型。用餐酒店裡有餐廳，很大也有包間，可以在**上買套餐之類的。感覺唯一不是很便利的是沒有小超市之類的，雖然温泉樓裏有超市，但不是那種貨品海鮮零食特別豐富的那種，我們衹在沙灘和滑梯區域玩耍，別的地方沒有去，家庭度假的話還是很好的。

這次入住體驗堪稱完美！必須重點表揚前台王澤宇！從辦理入住開始，他就用專業又熱情的態度讓人倍感舒心，入住期間遇到問題，衹要聯繫他，不管多晚都第一時間幫忙解決。酒店出門就是海邊，下次來一定還選這裏！

我們一家三口來到秦皇島，看到酒店評價很高，就預訂了雅閣度假酒店。入住後果然名不虛傳，環境優雅，設施齊全，就在海灘上！尤其是優質周到服務令人滿意！經理王澤宇待我們象家人一樣，安排食宿，無微不至，再次表示感謝！！！下次到秦皇島還要住在雅閣度假酒店。

房間寬敞明亮一眼望去無邊的大海心情都舒暢了很多，客服部的姐姐們滿臉笑容，有求必應，響應速度我覺得非常可以，我們的客服管家王澤宇經理熱心，細心又有耐心，入住過程中幫忙解決了很多問題，再次表示感謝，如果有機會還會再去這家酒店，推薦（*≧∪≦）👍🏻

買的預售票，性價比很高，因為到的很早，原本想着寄存行李去旁邊的沙灘玩，沒想到直接辦理入住了，不但升級了房型，還送了小朋友一套玩沙工具，因為3號樓衹有兩層，王經理貼心的叫行李員送到房間，並介紹周邊設施。沒想到還有驚喜，下午送了果盤和小朋友的洗漱用品，温泉回來後還有泳衣烘乾服務，是一次非常愉快的入住體驗！

前台幫升級了房型，直麪大海，出來就是海灘，小朋友玩的很開心。酒店的早餐也很豐盛，煎餅果子真的好吃極了。前廳經理王澤宇細心周到，點贊👍

環境還可以，出門就是海邊，也有孩子玩的地方，但房間的洗漱區在外面，很不方便，馬桶沖水聲音很大，帶着孩子很影響睡覺。

房間不錯地理位置很好，接待人員也特別熱情，感謝王澤宇經理的熱情接待。提個小建議，就是第一次去前台容易找錯位置，建議標識一下。

住的一樓，有個陽台，感覺挺不錯的，正對大海，離海邊就隔一條馬路，名副其實的海景房。前台經理王澤宇服務也很好，期待有機會再來

房間整潔，出酒店就是海灘🏖️ ，孩子玩的特別開心家長也很解壓。早餐也很豐富 玩得很開心！中途換了其他房型 王澤宇辦事滿意👍
