房間方面：新開的酒店，但現在房間裏聞不到什麼味道了，酒店大堂在二層，一層都是花園房，房間不是很大，但因為採光和海風很好，沒覺得潮濕。房間有個小院可以晚上邊吹風邊吃燒烤。每個房間的院子都配了充腳的水龍頭。從院子步行十米走到海邊。早上可看日出，看不了日落。這片海沒其他人，衹有酒店客人進出，所以還算清凈和乾淨。每天都有工作人員清理垃圾。房間裏給浴袍和一次性拖鞋，但沒有塑料拖鞋。有一個椅子和小沙發墩子，沒有樓上海景房那種貴妃踏。酒店專屬沙灘上有遮陽傘和躺椅，但人多的時候可能需要提前佔位。 服務方面：態度很好，要瓶裝水、浴巾枕頭浴袍洗漱用品都是隨時要隨時給。訂了好幾天臨時要走從平台上顯示不能退款，酒店前台也隨時給退。如果平台顯示沒房了打酒店電話問問也可能還有房。停車場不大但是保安負責給協調找車位。救生員很負責，有小孩遊的遠就吹哨警示，晚上海邊也有人值班。 餐飲方面：早餐廳不大，種類不算多，但該有的也基本有。烤麪包機和黃油果醬，沙拉和幾種水果，現煮的餛飩和牛肉麪，現蒸的燒賣，幾種炒菜炸品蒸品，兩種粥和鹹菜，煮雞蛋煎蛋，有速溶咖啡和豆漿機，好像有牛奶，但沒有現磨咖啡和酸奶，沒有油條。其實酒店價格也和四星級差不多了，而且外國人很多，可以嘗試提供點咖啡和酸奶，來點半成品油條也行。 周邊：酒店外面環境很好，有很大一圈步行道和樹蔭，車也不多，適合跑步和散步。步行五分鐘到碧螺塔，早上八點去的，裏面的店基本沒開。適合晚上去，北戴河晚上碧螺塔附近不好打車，住這裏可直接走回來。這邊外賣很多，啥都有賣，晚上十二點之後都有很多餐廳營業，可直接送到酒店前台。 缺點：作為海邊酒店沒有塑料拖鞋不應該，酒店一層商店有賣的但價格比較貴，我們後來外賣了幾雙。 其他的就是這邊外國人住的多，玩海方便親子入住也很多，可以考慮親子方面再改善改善，比如要能提供小童洗漱用品，床圍或加床服務，小童小帳篷或家庭房型之類，定能吸引更多的家庭入住。
